Janet, ~Ryelee, Sarah, and all the others…make you feel like family when walking into their house/Store. It’s a rare relationship built between each other over the tenure of the morning coffee’s to the late night snacks at the Grab & Go. There’s always a sense of concern when a special face isn’t present due to the customary and solid routines everyone is in as they navigate through life. The individuals at RaceTrac are the dedicated and dependable staple land marks, so much so, that it’s a feeling of traveling in a wrong direction when they’re not there.I’ve been to many many many RaceTrac stores in my miles along the highways but the 377 store in Granbury Texas is far above and beyond, honestly nothing like any gas station or convenience store one can experience. If ever out and about and you happen to find yourself passing through Granbury Texas, stop by the 377 store and observe for yourself. It’s family and everyone in the store is talking and interacting and I truly believe it’s because of the hospitality the Granbury RaceTrac store promotes. The title says most of what needs to be said but to elaborate; Racetrac in south Louisiana is by far the top quick store and has by far the best rewards program (as long as they don’t get greedy and ruin it)! I will look for a Racetrack over other gas stations and will go a little further to get there if I can. The people are generally good workers but for some reason they don’t keep people at one store long. This I find their biggest downside. A fyi Racetrack good employees will and do leave if you act like they don’t matter and move them around for what I’m assuming is trust. It seems you don’t want them comfortable with their location which is not a wise choice most of the time. Anyway besides this Racetrack has good prices, selection, coffee, etc. Now if only they would get the chocolate chip muffins by Bon Appetite instead of the sub-par Bimbo muffins I’d give them 5 stars, lol! But 4 is the best on my scale of all convince stores so good job on that. Your next competitor M. USA is behind you with 4 stars but you would actually be 4.5 if possible so pat yourself on the back for being better than others in my area, as I can’t speak for others areas. One thing that other store has over you is the gas prices and tobacco products are normally lower so think about that to push your business to 5 stars hands down. So there you have it. I could go on with more details but that would be too much time I don’t have so peace!

The only problem is when I get to the store sometimes I’ll be in the vehicle and I’ll send a family member to pay with my phone and they forget to scan the barcode first and the employee in the store is like I can’t cancel the transaction. You’re supposed to scan the barcode before you get the product, I’m like many other stores canceled transactions if I walked in here and said I need to get $50 and I try to run my card and it doesn’t go through. What are you going to do with that transaction? Cancel it correct! So the app is great, but the employees in the store not so much sometimes. It’s like they hate the app.Anyway, maybe someone at racetrack and upper management or CEOs or CFO’s can send a message down to Tell them to quit being disrespectful to the customers that are using their app employee doesn’t wanna make the effort!Because the truth is if the employee isn’t operating the app correctly or accommodating the customer because they failed to scan the barcode first ultimately you will lose business and I will be one of them. Customer service is everything if you can’t do Customer Service in your stores then you can’t offer other things either. So in my opinion, all hope is lost. Why do business with you when there’s many other stores that have rewards programs as , let that sink in!But thank you for a great app, but useless if it can’t be used

I’ve had this app since they started the rewards program, and it started out awesome. Over the years, the rewards have gotten worse and harder to attain. The tier-based system rewards those who spend a lot of money there, which makes perfect sense. They recently restructured that system to make you spend twice as much to attain and maintain that status for the best rewards. My favorite perk for top tier status was the free beverage every day. I’d only partake 2-3 times a week, but it was still nice to know I could swing in and get a cup of coffee after filling up. Now they only offer free fountain drinks and charge reward points for coffee. You have to buy 175 gallons of fuel to earn a small coffee! I don’t like sugary drinks and prefer a black coffee. Now I let my hard earned status go to waste or choose a free beverage that I don’t even enjoy. I’m not sure the cost of a small black coffee compared to a large soda, but I doubt it’s significantly more expensive to justify leaving it out of the available options. I will continue to pay for the monthly rewards program for the fuel saving perk. I’m sure I’d be content with the program if I was just now joining it, but I know what it once was. That is disappointing.
