Xasteria Plus is the expanded version of the free Xasteria Weather app. It adds premium forecast sources, an Apple Watch companion app, Home Screen widgets, and more observing tools and features.
It also helps fund the 7Timer forecast servers that power the free ASTRO forecast used by Xasteria and observers around the world.
If you haven't tried Xasteria yet, the free version is a good place to start.

First I tried the Clear Outside app. Terrible UI and totally outdated format and crashed often. Next I tried Scope Nights. Definitely a step up, but then it started to have a pop up saying there was an error for every single one of my saved locations and they would appear every time a new page loaded. With a lot of saved locations it became really bothersome to clear so many pop up notifications whenever I was using the app. This app has none of those problems and a much better system for saving favorite locations. I don’t except I’ll need to keep hunting for the perfect astronomy weather app anymore.

While a beginner with the night sky, this app is so helpful, with all kinds of options and info about the various factors in the atmosphere. I recently stayed up a bit later (upon reading elsewhere of good viewing), and wondered just why all seemed somewhat hazy/ cloudy….or something. Remembering to check this app ended up telling me all I needed to know (and then some, what with the options!). It's now my go-to. It's also so good on the iPad.

This was clearly made by someone who’s just trying to make an effective, easy-to-use app to fulfill a clear, well-defined function, and who knows what’s needed and what’s not. Thank you for an excellent app! I had NO qualms whatsoever about getting the Plus version. Thank you!
App crashes, support messaging does not work

After purchasing the app, I found that if you select the Apple weather tab, it causes the app to crash, and is no longer able to be opened and has to be uninstalled/re-installed to be able to use it.The app has a link to their support messaging page, but when you try to send a message it errors out and says “ The form was unable to submit. Please contact the site administrator.“

Hi. Apologies for that. I am trying to figure out the messaging page, another user mentioned the same thing - the contact form also lists my email so they messaged me directly. Anyway, Apple weather started sending unexpected data that could crash the app a few days ago. It was immediately fixed by correcting the data on the fly for old versions and a new version of the app was released a few days later that won't crash if anything like that happens again.Edit: Thanks for including the exact error message by the way, I googled it and found the problem with the form plugin I was using! The contact form is now working again for all!
