Why no options when viewing PDF version of a report, work order or tenant ledger? If I use the Print button, it pulls up the PDF but there is absolutely no options to do anything. I have to go onto the browser and login and rerun the report to get options of sharing/saving/printing. Another option is use the Email function and then email to myself so I can print or save. This seems very counterproductive. Why have a print button if you can’t really print?? Overall the rest of the app is very usable and I utilize often for quick reference. However, I would like to see an update fixing this glitch that has been ignored for years. Thanks

This app is awful. You can’t email the team, at least the info is hidden everywhere I go to look for it. Instead of asking for help directly, they havea suggestion portal where you need 200+ upvotes, before they respond to it… and from what I see, suggestions can no longer be made. The app “refreshes” and boots techs off work orders constantly. I can’t filter my properties (I have 3 one of which is 6 building) all work orders just mesh together on one screen. I can’t fast search for a property or unit number, because it’s not the techs page that opens, it’s some admin page I can’t even read the issue with. This app and its teams supporting it is just horrid. Absolute garbage. You can tell how much they don’t care about how un usable this thing is. They are just collecting money and patching up the sinking ship. I’m happily suggesting we switch to literally any other app ASAP….Recent update. They have an 800 number where you can never talk to a person if the app isn’t working and you can’t find your information for the app. I.e. there is no support.

I do inspections for a property management company. This is the software they use. So I have to use this app. The camera in this app is horrendous. So I can’t use it. Because you can’t use the pictures taken for anything because it’s all blurry. I have to use the camera app on my phone and constantly switch between the apps. Then I have to go in and upload all 300+ pictures by hand. Then the app constantly freezes, and won’t save narratives. After the constant freezes there are 2 different versions of the app that will pop up. One of them doesn’t let you create your own templates and won’t pull up the already made templates. So I have to sit and log off and on over and over until I get the right version of the app. This app has made my 8 hour days turn into 12 hour days easily. I’ve been using this app for almost 2 years only because I have no other choice.
