This is one of the worse apps I’ve ever dealt with. It’s impossible to get signed in & it says it will send an email to reset password but it never arrives even though the email address is correct & it isn’t in my spam file. It is totally useless. There was NO WAY I could get into the app to check in for my upcoming cruise. I’ve given up & I'm not the only one who has had problems with it. It needs a total redesign.

DisappointingUpdate
Haven’t been able to log in through the app for months. Error message says “Unable to Bind/Authenticate to the Active Directory Server (OpenDS). Thought it would be fixed with the latest update but still the same error. No issues logging in with a browser on laptop.

Plain talk bad manners
Worst app ever created. This app is not working months now. And whenever you use the portal app the live chat icon is taking you to a video…. I can believe someone received big money from the company to create these apps. A high school student could do a better job….
