Edit: Just found out that many of these features mentioned below are coming soon, the app is gonna be amazing. Original Review: Excellent experience and app so far, it just currently lacks a few things that I would need to fully switch over: 1) Show task durations in calendar view. This is super super important, so that we can time block and see what our days look like at a glance in "week" and "day" views, noting any free time or overlapping tasks and planning/adjusting accordingly. This is something I depend on too heavily to go without. Having accurate block scheduling visuals (down to the minute) in calendar view is crucial too. I sometimes really value a 1–5 minute break in between tasks, and seeing that reflected in the "week" and "day" views would be much appreciated. 2) For tasks/appts that span several days in duration, please show that in the calendar views! If a tasks lasts multiple days, currently it only seems to show up in the calendar views for the beginning date, which is misleading/inaccurate in an overview look. 3) Custom recurring task options. Some tasks have odd recurrences, so being able to schedule "Every other Wednesday/month/year" or "On the last Friday of each month" is a feature that I rely on heavily. Ticktick is an app that does this well, as an example. 4) Click on a tag, see all entries for that tag. Currently clicking on a tag reveals the tag stats and all dates with entries containing that tag. While both are nice features, when I click/tap a tag it would be most helpful to see a chronological list of every entry with that tag first. 5) Folder structure in the sidebar for lists, tag lists, etc. Maybe an "Inbox" tab in addition to “Today”, to capture new entries, to be sorted into the appropriate lists, folders, dates, etc at a later date (like a once a week sorting) would be nice too. 6) Adding priorities to tasks.

I’m obsessed with productivity and planning apps. I have tried so many list and note and calendar apps and burned out on so many. But Twos is different. It has all the features I’ve loved about any other apps, it has features I don’t know how to use or don’t need but you might, and it is easy and intuitive to learn. Also right now it’s FREE. All the little add-one? They’re not necessary and they can also be earned for free. I bought the full thing, even though I’d earned enough coins to buy everything I wanted, just because I wanted to support the app and the developers. I love the way lists can be nested within one another and the way tags work. The browser app for my computer is phenomenal. I have been so productive lately I can hardly believe it. Twos is the best. Actually the best. Someday when they are wildly successful and can host documents, I’ll pay for storage so I can store papers and documents in the app instead of linking to them. This app is so great.

I have been searching for an app to organize my life, but google calendar, apple notes, apple calendar, todoist, trello, ticktick, and many others that I’ve tried just didn’t have it all, Twos has EVERY THING. I am a first year medical student with an outrageous amount of forgetfulness and this app has really helped me stay on task, remember upcoming events, start a journal, integrate my calendar from my family and friends’ events, have a perfect todo list, manage my important data (passwords, lists of experiences for my CV, resume, etc) and the customizability is insane. I cannot recommend an app enough. If it seems confusing at first, stick with it. It grows on you, entangles you, and you learn more ways to use it as you discover all it can do. I am actually astonished as to why this app is not at the top of the list for productivity and why it is not more popular. Once again, thank you Twos. Download the app, whoever is reading this😉

The thing I loved the most about this app is its gamification. Learning how to use it doesn’t feel like a chore - and with each new functionality you learn you get coins to buy new features, which is brilliant, honestly.A funny thing, though, the first time I installed it, I saw a default task “Call someone you love” and removed it immediately. xD Yes, it irked me that much (“if I had time to call someone I love , I wouldn’t be looking for the productivity apps”) and I thought it would be yet another app that gives me self-care tasks which just end up triggering even more of my anxieties.But I decided to give it another go after trying a dozen different apps more, and simply not being happy with those.I came to realise this *actually* is *not* another productivity app that will end up taking up even more of my brain space.Which leads me to the second thing i love about this app and it’s my brain dump (in a way I need it, and not where I already need to caregorise my dump to be able to write it down)The last but not the least, the app is so affordable. You can use it for free and also you can buy features - but you can choose what to buy and decide if it’s worth your money or not.I never leave a review to an app after having used it for only one day, but I guess I liked this one really that much :)
