I’ve had several energy companies in Texas, and since I moved to Frontier I’ve never had any issues. Likely the best energy prices in the market. The app is very helpful to monitor usage and even provides predictions. I’ve never had any billing issues or anything like that. This is what I would expect from an energy provider app.

I’m extremely frustrated with this app. I tried to make a payment, but it wouldn’t let me because it claimed no default card was set up. The truth is, there was a card on file, but for some reason, the app just wouldn’t detect it. Not only that, I couldn’t select any other payment method either. The entire experience was really annoying, and it’s clear the app needs serious improvement. This kind of issue should not happen, especially when you’re just trying to make a simple payment. I’m beyond disappointed.

I have updated the new version today. When I tried to open the app with Face ID it closes automatically. I tried multiple times and restarted my phone as well. However it works when I manually typed my password. The Bug should be fixed.
