For years I washed family cars. When I was a teenager I even was a supervisor of Vocational Services client to wash cars one Summer as a job. I retired from washing my cars in my forties because of the heat. Then I started getting cars washed at spray wash or drive through washes. My wife told me about Flagstop after we moved from Washington DC to Richmond. I have been using them for years now. I was slightly surprised when they went to a fully automated wash without staff to dry, vacuum, wipe interior, waxing, etc. I must admit I miss the people drying and vacuuming now I’m in my seventies. I wish they had another lane for people to dry and clean the car. It would be nice to have two lanes so one lane is the quicker wash for a lower price and the second is to be dried and cleaned for more.

I was thoroughly impressed with the level of customer service specially of one Mr. Tyler truly the essence of customer service I wasn’t anticipating, but he asked me if I wanted any windshield washer fluid I was taken back. Awesome Flagstaff and Mr. Tyler is definitely. A keeper merry Christmas and thank you for making my day. Oh yes, the car wash is awesome too 😊

I added the app to take advantage of discounted monthly service but as of now I don’t know what my service criteria is all I can see is gonna be charged the full price on November 26, two weeks from now when I was supposed to get a free month. And I do not see any way to adjust it, review it, edit it, or change anything. I’m very disappointed and I really wanna go back to my email online contacts and delete this app. I have called a couple times and I have not gotten any response from Flagstaff.

I get to the carwash this morning and there’s a few cars ahead. It’s taking a while. I finally get there and realize why. There’s no attendant and there require the app to be downloaded. Now there’s a dozen cars behind me and I’m essentially trapped so was forced to download this app to get out. This clearly isn’t efficient. Just let someone pay on the screen like it used to be. Not every facet of life needs an app. When I left there were 20 cars in line, facing the same inconvenience. I’m deleting this app after this review and will not go to Flagstop again.
