Build better habits. Build a better life.
Since 2016, Habitify has helped 3M+ people form over 20M habits — and earned repeat features from Apple, including App of the Day. We believe everyone deserves a better life: more good habits, fewer bad ones. Building habits is hard. Habitify makes it easier.
# Why Habitify
Habitify is built for one thing: your habit-forming success. That's our north star. Every feature exists to get you started, keep you going, and help you win.
# STAY MOTIVATED, EVERY DAY
Motivation gets you started — and keeps you going. Habitify keeps you fueled with:
- Personalized notifications that adapt to your journey
- Beautiful charts, streaks, and progress views that celebrate how far you've come
- Milestones that turn small wins into lasting momentum
# TRACKING THAT HAPPENS AUTOMATICALLY
Building habits shouldn't create a new habit of opening a habit tracker. With your consent, Habitify logs progress automatically by connecting to the apps you already use:
- Apple Health & Google Health/Fit
- Fitbit & Strava
- Screen Time & RescueTime
Walk, run, sleep, meditate, read, or cut screen time — and watch it log itself.
# BUILT FOR THE AI ERA
Habitify works the way you work now. With API, MCP, App Intents, and Siri support, you can:
- Log habits by chatting with your favorite AI assistant
- Ask for your progress and stats in plain language
- Trigger updates hands-free with Siri
Your habits, wherever your conversations happen.
# INVISIBLE BY DESIGN
The best habit tracker is one you barely notice. Habitify stays out of the way — quietly tracking, gently motivating — so your energy goes to living your habits, not logging them.
# EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Create habits in seconds with daily, weekly, or custom schedules
- Smart reminders for morning, noon, or night
- Streaks, completion history, and a clean progress calendar
- Notes, mood tracking, and a built-in timer
- Mark habits done, skipped, or missed — pause anytime life changes
- Friendly challenges.
- Sync across iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch

I downloaded this app to try a long while ago — I think a couple labor days ago?? — and right after I downloaded it, I got a notification saying they had a premium lifetime subscription on sale. On a whim, I decided to buy it and crossed my fingers it would be a good investment because it looked exactly like the kind of habit tracker I had been searching for. I’m happy to report that it was well worth the money for me, I love this app! It’s super customizable so you can track any habit however you want. And you can set up any kind of notification you’d like to receive (or not receive). There’s something so satisfying about ticking habits off the list, and being able to see calendar views of my progress is fun. It also syncs with Apple Health and my Apple Watch, though, I admit I haven’t really used that feature much. If you’re looking for a simple list-style app that you can use to check off habits and track progress, this is definitely the app for you! And if you see the lifetime subscription on sale, I definitely recommend jumping on it!

Ruined Widgets
Jordan2919
It really pains me to write this. I loved using this app for all it offers, even bought the lifetime subscription because of it. However, after the most recent widget update, it’s been ruined. Widgets that used to be very helpful to track, especially being able to see which days I had off from specific tasks, are now ruined. I can no longer track when I have days off or my streak by simply looking at the widget. It was replaced by an “in progress” writing that then changed to “completed”. No streak counter, no days to see when to do the task. The colors have also changed on the widgets and it just makes the overall feel and look of using the app undesirable. On top of that, the widget used to display a +1 indicator to help me see that I had more sets to do on a certain task. It also kept track of my progress from the widget. That has now been removed and replaced by a dialog box that asks you how many times you’ve done the activity. The problem is that it doesn’t show the progress unless you look at the app. Defeats the purpose of a widget to me. If you do two sets and then forget that you did two, you go back to the widget which no longer shows your progress on it for the day. When you press on the widget it shows you the same “how many did you do” question. If you don’t remember it’s like starting over. It’s annoying. I thought the widgets and whole app were perfect and incredibly helpful but this last update really made me start looking for other habit-tracking apps.

Best so far but could be better

I like that I can complete habits from my watch. I won’t stick to it otherwise. But the watch interface could be better. The little widget bar that looks like it should show progress doesn’t. It always looks like 2/3 of my habits are done. Clicking on notifications lets you “check in” but I don’t think that’s the same as marking it “done” and I’m not convinced it does anything at all. I’d like to be able to mark the habit as completed at that point. Marking it as complete involves a deep dive into the interface—and I get it, not much screen real estate to work with, but it’s harder to use than it needs to be. I’d rather see the completed:skip options show up right away, before is it done or not instead of after. The only other complaint is no possibility for longer habit cycles. The habits are tied to specific days. That’s not great for the neurodivergent brain. I’d love the ability to track habit over a week. There are loads of things I need to do at least once a week but trying to force them weekly (eg must be Tuesday rather than at least once but could be any day) makes me less likely to do them. It means I need to keep some other list outside of the app and make the in-app habit really generic (like “exercise” with some external weekly specific exercise list) and then I have no way of tracking things like do I habitually ignore particular exercises.

Hello there! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We appreciate your thoughts on the app and are glad that you took the time to let us know how we can improve.Habitify allows you to track your daily and weekly habits. In the Goal section, you can set your goals for a day or a week. In the Repeat section, you can choose which day(s) of the week you want to see your habit in your daily view, or set the repeat interval for your habit. We have a check-in button to the widget, which may make you feel that your habit is completed as you are concerned. However, the habit list widget still shows your progress. It will fill the bar of the habit with darker color following the progress of your habit. We appreciate your feedback on the function to check-in from notification and will consider it for future app improvements. If you have any questions or suggestions, please feel free to contact us via the in-app chatbox or at contact@habitify.me anytime.
Really enjoying it so far

After trying a couple of habit tracker apps, I’ve landed on Habitify and it’s my favorite of the bunch. I find it to be clean, pretty intuitive, works on both iPhone and iPad (rather than the zoomed view on iPad which I don’t like), syncs nicely, and just appeals to me aesthetically more than the others I’ve tried. I don’t mind the lack of color coding, I usually find that to be kind of annoying/not useful. My only qualm at the moment is that some of my habits only need to be completed a certain number of times per week or once per week, but it only counts a day as “complete” if you do all of your tasks, including the ones that don’t need to be completed that day. I’m totally being petty but I haven’t gotten any “complete” days because of this even though I did all my -daily- tasks plus one or two weekly tasks, and dang it I want to get a complete day! :) It could be that there’s a setting I’m missing somewhere that will change that. In any case, it’s a great app, does all I need it to do in an appealing way, and will be using it for all my habit tracking needs!
