o Be able to see all your transactions from your mobile device. It is quick and easy to verify your purchases and see checks clear from your mobile device. Always have up to date information at your fingertips.
• Set-up account/transaction alerts
o Make sure your account is secure by setting up your own alerts that will text message you if a transaction occurs outside your parameters. Also, get alerts set up to notify you of upcoming payments or account balances.
• Make KaiPerm loan payments
o Making a loan payment on a KaiPerm loan is now just transfer away. A fast and easy way to get your loan paid on time.
When this app is not crashing, it’s so non-intuitive that it’s almost useless. Why do I need to enter my password 2x to make a transfer of my own money?!
Frequent errors and no mobile deposits

Online banking app without mobile deposits? Are you kidding me? They must be the only bank around that does not offer this standard banking app feature these days. Other small credit unions offer mobile deposits on their app.To make matters worse the app says “try again later” at least every other time I try to use it. Worst banking app I have ever tried. I did use it for 12 months hoping things might improve but unfortunately it did not.

Unable to do mobile deposit

I have had this app for over a year. I can see in the App Store that you are able to do a mobile deposit but on my all there is no deposit section. I have the app updated as well so I don’t know why it doesn’t show up on mine.
We are continually releasing new updates to further improve your mobile banking experience. This version includes user interface improvements, security updates and bug fixes. Please be sure to turn on automatic updates to make sure that your app is always up to date.
