The app doesn’t even give me the option to remote start anymore.Update: the app developers responded in a timely manner. Now my remote start is working and I’m able to start my car while my coffee brews.Update: the remote start option is not working again even after the most recent update which I hoped would fix the issue. Winter is coming and I hope this can be resolved as quickly as possible. Second time this happens. Update: Those that had Sprint on IOS NEED a new SIM card from t-mobile. Since sprint is now T-Mobile. It cause a few issues on my phone and apps. It was not the app or Lincoln’s fault. Still loving The Lincoln name and brand. I know that sounded like a typical response but I swear I’m not lying. I always loved Lincoln cars. Since I was a kid in New York City in the early 2000’s; watching the Lincoln executive models being used at taxis. I’m not sure if it was the name Lincoln itself that sounded powerful, historical, different, meaningful. Maybe it was the fact it’s one of the few American cars still being made. But to be honest at 27 I finally know what it is. It’s The innovation, the fresh designs, sleek look. And I as a libra of the zodiac love everything that brings me peace and harmony and my Lincoln MKZ gives me that and more when I’m able to change the ambient lighting and ac cool my seats during the summer. The warming steering wheel stole my heart this past March. Anyways thank you for being a trusted brand name. You have my loyalty and most importantly my wallet.

Vehicle Connectivity Feature-Extensive Sync Delay + Poor Bluetooth Connection
N_Glinks
Lighter feel but still need improvement. Vehicle status often shows its ON even though it has been parked for over 12 hours. As an auto insurance professional for over 20 yrs, I would suggest adding back the 3 second hold (press and hold) feature to the start/lock/unlock buttons that was in the previous version. That was a good security feature esp. when you have small kids. Simplicity and ease is not always best, esp. with a vehicle- safety and security should ALWAYS come first. As it is now, an accidental touch will unlock doors/open tailgate/start vehicle unintentionally. Bring the gas level meter instead of percentage- easier to know at a quick glance. Also, it was easier to locate/see pertinent vehicle details on the first screen: mileage, gas level etc. It would be good if the app shows if a specific door was left open and also show a “door locked/unlocked” displayed. As it is now, no way to tell, so one will have to press lock button as a precaution to ensure vehicle is locked. Bluetooth signal has weekend with this update. Phone bluetooth used to connect with vehicle at a further distance. Love the most recent update with ALERTS highlighted in green within the service tab. Also, please add back the “pull down to refresh” option. Please update fixes/additions, ASAP!! ThanksP.S. Backwards going!! Who approves these upgrades/changes?? I’m baffled

Not the best app
Lennie Vee
I am really disappointed in the Lincoln Way app. For this to be a luxury car (which I looooooove my SUV!!!) this app does not match. I normally don’t leave reviews but I am so disappointed with this app that I had to. I had a BMW before getting my Lincoln. The BMW app is way better. If the Lincoln Way app had more features like the BMW app it would be a nice app. Things I like about the the BMW app that I wish the Lincoln app had are: -You can check your door and window status. In the BMW app you can check if your doors are opened/closed, locked/unlocked and windows are open or closed. In the Lincoln app you can only unlock or lock your doors. I can’t even open or close the windows from the app but I can do it from my key fob. I live in a city where there are a lot of cars being stolen or broken into. So, it gave me a peace of mind to be able to check the status. -I would like to be able to pay my car note from the app. Now, maybe there’s a Lincoln financial app and that why it’s not a feature but I’m not sure. I have only had my SUV for a couple of weeks. -I wish I could see the tire pressure in the app I just wish it could give an overall better status of the vehicle in the app. I can’t remember the other stuff. But those were my major disappointments.

My 2014 Jeep U-Connect App was better!!
Txdivr
Got my Aviator in late 2020. I was glad it had an app similar to the U-Connect I had in my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I especially liked how an address could be looked up via the Lincoln Way app and sent to the vehicle’s nav system. It worked that way for a few months. Then there was an update. The feature stopped working and the app kept giving me the message to disconnect Apple CarPlay-which we do not use and it was not turned on in the car or on our phones. I couldn’t figure it out. I just spent about 20 minutes on the phone with Lincoln Concierge. Even though Apple CarPlay was turned off, any phones listed on that screen needed to be totally removed. Once accomplished the app would ‘try’ to push the address to the nav system but also gave the message my phone must be tethered to the car’s USB port. This is a very bad move by the app developers. People do not want cords strung in their vehicles-hence all the charging pads showing up. But the biggest insult to me as a buyer is to pay 30K more than a 2014 Jeep and end up with less functionality. BOOOOOOO!!!
