With CardioBot, you can easily understand the data captured by the Apple Watch to improve your lifestyle and discover notable patterns.
CardioBot turns your Apple Watch data into clear, personalized guidance for your heart, recovery, sleep, and fitness. Instead of leaving your health metrics scattered across charts, CardioBot helps you understand what they mean and what to focus on next. Track your heart rate throughout the day, see how your body responds during workouts, spot sleep and recovery patterns, and follow long-term trends that support a healthier routine.
CardioBot is designed for people who want a calmer, smarter way to follow their heart health and build better routines. Whether you are training, improving recovery, sleeping better, or simply staying aware of your body, CardioBot gives your Apple Watch data more context. CardioBot works with data from the Health app. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical concerns.
This app requires an iPhone that has the Health App installed. Heart readings are read from the Apple Health, which is populated by your Apple Watch.

I am physically disabled and can’t run at all, and walking is difficult. I do exercise regularly, using a recumbent stationary bike. I just downloaded the app to help me track some health issues, and the first thing that happened was a Pop-Up notification telling me I need to walk more. Nearly deleted the app right away. Developer might want to reconsider having that feature be the first thing users see. Additionally an option for users who are disabled to choose some other form of exercise would be nice. A recumbent stationary bike, swimming, table-top-hand cycle, even chair exercises are some decent options that don’t require walking. The main point is get your heart rate up, yes? I think it’s best not be limited by focusing only on walking or running. I’ll update this review after I’ve used the app a few days. I’m gonna give 5 stars at the beginning because I don’t want to ding the developer for trying to encourage people to do more cardio in a way that didn’t happen to fit my particular circumstance.
Disappointed that recent changes to app result in less information being provided

I have used and subscribe to this app for several years and it has a lot of nice features. One of the features I like the best with seeing my average heart rate each day - and seeing how that changed overtime by looking at the monthly calendar view. That functionality has been removed. That view now uses blue yellow and red bars to give me an “idea” of your average heart rate during the day but if does not give you any numbers like it used to. The numbers are more meaningful than color coded bars.

Thanks for your feedback! I will consider bringing back average heart rate to the calendar.
What's the elevated heart rate threshold?

This app appears to be useful. However, I keep getting elevated heart rate notices when my heart rate is well below the threshold I've set for the native heart rate app for my Apple Watch S3. I can't see anywhere in the CardioBot app where I can adjust settings for this. The developer's website for this app simply takes me to a one-page app preview that's not helpful. What am I missing?Review update: I've had to dump this app on both my watch and iPhone because of the all-too-frequent elevated heart rate notifications. The native iOS health app and other heart monitoring apps convinced me that the CardioBot app results were unreliable in this regard. I do appreciate the developer's response, and I may try the app again after the next significant update. It does look to have quite useful potential.

I like the app for tracking trends and seeing my heart rate data over time, and it’s easy to use. However, the workout targets and intensity feedback don’t really fit people with medical conditions. My safe heart rate range is lower due to my health history and medications, so the app often says I’m not reaching target zones when I actually am working at a safe and appropriate level for me.That said, I was contacted by the developer, and they mentioned they are working on making improvements. Because of that, I’m willing to give it a higher rating and see how it evolves. It has good potential, especially if it becomes more customizable for different health situations.
