Now that they’ve finally added Touch ID, I’m a happy guy. Bill pay is actually easier on the app compared with the web because the confirmation step is simpler. However, it’s not possible to modify payees on the app. But overall I’m happy. I’ve been using the app for several years, with no complaints. Easy and reliable.
Good app but frustrating sometimes

I love that I can transfer money from one to another account. You can take a picture of a check, deposit it and in couple hours it will be in your account. I like it because i don’t have to leave my house to do all that. The issue is with the log in. A lot of times it won’t let you access your account and says the app is down and you have to call the bank. And your log in info doesn’t work. It’s very annoying when you need to access your account ASAP and the thing doesn’t work.
Don’t expect an accurate account balance

Constant issue with their online banking. Balance the day after Comcast bill posts, youd think you would know what your balance is, so you pay another bill with your bank. Come to find out they didnt take the money off your balance. So you think your checking is at $390 so you pay $350 on a bill, come to find out your balance was really $320 and then they charge you $30 because you overdrew thinking their app showed the correct balance. 1/10 would not recommend this bank to others.

So the latest update appears to add TouchID but it says it’s not available for mobile banking at this time. What else would it be available for!! It also disappears from the app after the first time you open. Still a garbage app.
