Ordering on the website was so easy we have been ordering from jets for the last four or five years. Recently, I cannot get to the regular page to order a pizza. Now they want me to text.I'm wondering who they are that have decided to update, then update again to make it absolutely not user-friendly. After half an hour of texting and re-texting, especially after ordering last week and was told to just text reorder for the same order, no that did not work. Finally I called the store gave him my order and told him we'd come and pick it up. The price online was $35 with free delivery. going to pick it up Was 29$Please go back to the original way of ordering. I don't want to have to change pizzerias.

I called about 8mins after I had place my order to add something on and they still hadn’t received my order yet. It took almost 20mins for it to get to them which is honestly ridiculous. I only order online & other pizza delivery businesses don’t have that lag at all. Also, it automatically sets your delivery time for an hour out and you can’t change it earlier. I called and asked what their current delivery time is and it was 25mins but if I ordered online it was at least an hour. I’m sure that lag has a lot to do with it and really should be fixed to make ordering on it more accurate. Otherwise the changes so far are more user friendly but they took out the option to write notes in so I can’t ask to substitute mayo for Italian dressing on my order and have to call every time I order on the app anyways to have them adjust it and bc of the lag I sometimes have to call multiple times bc they haven’t received my order yet. It’s very frustrating and has caused us to order from jets less to be honest. :(

Very user friendly and easy to actually get your order set up, as well as your account and delivery info. The interface is fluent and easy to maneuver for anyone. You can also save your card for future payment to speed up the process. The app will also save your past orders, so if you want to order the exact same thing you can do it with one click. Or you can edit a precious order as well.Oh yeah, you can place and order for a future delivery, same day or days later, which is a fairly cool feature if you ask me. Anyway. The reason it gets 4 stars it is glitchy when you go to actually submit your payment. On every occasion it has taken at least 2 or 3 attempts for it to go through. Which always makes me anxious about being double or triple charged for one order. That being said that is not happened to me, but every time it glitches out on be payment screen, it makes me nervous.

Overall, it works well. But, on the last page you see before placing your order, you should (1) be able to edit tip (I wanted to add .72 to a driver’s $4 tip to make it come out to an even dollar amount, but would have had to navigate back through the app’s earlier pages to adjust) and (2) be able to confirm the delivery address. It listed my phone number, order info, payment... everything except address. I’d like to be able to know that I typed in my address correctly before sending my order. Other than that, I’m still looking forward to enjoying my amazing pizza in about a half hour’s time. GO JET’S!
