This app no longer works as shown in the App Store, despite not having a recent update. Now it only lets you choose delivery or carry out, no login, and it takes you to a screen with a horrible Google Maps image with “for development purposes only” written all over it. Underneath is a list of stores. Choose one, and IT SENDS YOU TO A WEBSITE IN SAFARI. What did I need an App for? On the website, it doesn’t seem to remember my account, and I had to set a new one up from scratch. Hence the thought... did you guys get hacked? Do I need to replace my credit and debit cards? This is waaaay sketchy, and you need to post info for your customers about what is going on.

I called about 8mins after I had place my order to add something on and they still hadn’t received my order yet. It took almost 20mins for it to get to them which is honestly ridiculous. I only order online & other pizza delivery businesses don’t have that lag at all. Also, it automatically sets your delivery time for an hour out and you can’t change it earlier. I called and asked what their current delivery time is and it was 25mins but if I ordered online it was at least an hour. I’m sure that lag has a lot to do with it and really should be fixed to make ordering on it more accurate. Otherwise the changes so far are more user friendly but they took out the option to write notes in so I can’t ask to substitute mayo for Italian dressing on my order and have to call every time I order on the app anyways to have them adjust it and bc of the lag I sometimes have to call multiple times bc they haven’t received my order yet. It’s very frustrating and has caused us to order from jets less to be honest. :(
Great But Glitchy

Very user friendly and easy to actually get your order set up, as well as your account and delivery info. The interface is fluent and easy to maneuver for anyone. You can also save your card for future payment to speed up the process. The app will also save your past orders, so if you want to order the exact same thing you can do it with one click. Or you can edit a precious order as well.Oh yeah, you can place and order for a future delivery, same day or days later, which is a fairly cool feature if you ask me. Anyway. The reason it gets 4 stars it is glitchy when you go to actually submit your payment. On every occasion it has taken at least 2 or 3 attempts for it to go through. Which always makes me anxious about being double or triple charged for one order. That being said that is not happened to me, but every time it glitches out on be payment screen, it makes me nervous.

They are always out of delivery drivers I just ordered my pizza 6:15 pm. It said it would arrive around 7pm. When it was 7:54pm I called them to ask how much longer the order would take. They said when I ordered the pizza they didn’t have any delivery drivers. They said they would redo the order and make sure to have a driver get it to us. They said it would take another 45 minutes to an hour. 2 hours later and we finally got our pizza. And the pizza is super cold, and even though I specifically requested they knock on our door they just left it on the ground in front of the door and left because they had to use DoorDash. A note to the restaurant… if you have too many orders to handle and make sure they get out in a timely manner don’t accept new orders. 10/10 will NOT be ordering online again and I have deleted the app because this wasn’t our first order nor was it the first time it was late and arrive cold.
