The Automatic Technology America App (ATA) is part of our Smart Phone Control Kit that allows you to control your garage door remotely. You can rely on Automatic Technology (ATA) and your smartphone to control and monitor your garage door and gate. Thanks to some feedback from our customers we have fixed some bugs with scrolling in the detailed settings menus. Customised seasons are now available! Check them out in the palette icon for the detailed opener view.
When adding your smart opener for the first time as a new user you are not prompted to setup a device at the end of the experience. Instead you're shown a success state and taken to the dashboard.
Patched a bug where users couldn't add a new user from reassigning a remote. Further bugs fixed to improve performance.

We have reviewed the notification settings for doors to make it easier for you to read. Patches have been applied to Apple Watch to improve performance and a few bugs from our recent upgrades have been resolved. Our contact information has also been updated based on our new website.

Adding Siri Shortcuts has now gotten easier with our new update. You can add 'open' and 'close' functions into your shortcuts from the integrations section of the more settings. Setting up your hub has now become a streamlined experience with our new update. The onboarding now has animated hub graphics and a troubleshooting support process to help you problem solve any issues before needing further assistance from our help desk.
Additionally, A few polishing adjustments have been made to presenting information to you on the dashboard and adding devices.
Lastly, the app has had a performance update for the latest devices on the market.

Our most requested feature for Apple Watch users has arrived!
The ATA mobile app now supports Apple watch. While paired between your watch and phone you can open and close your door easily. If you are using pocket dial protection be sure to press for longer to fill up the open/close buttons.

Based on your feedback we have made some visual changes to our app. Our doors have a brand new bolder front-on look, we have added custom themes so you can personalise your door more, and made a few extra usability changes:
* The open and close buttons are bigger and easier to tap
* The door display size can be changed in the app via a new button top right
* The default door is a new larger, clearer style for all our customers
* Customise what door style you’d like from the door details screen from timber to beach house
The team have also worked hard to fix a number of bugs with the access logs and handling loading states on the main dashboard.
