Can’t reset password
I tried to reset my password but the link in my email takes me to the website to place an order, not change my password. Please fix this!! Also, I have several orders that I placed outside of the app, please make it possible to scan my receipt to get those points.
Georgetown TX Jason’s ‘KNOCK’S IT OUT OF THE PARK!!’
I have visited Jason’s all over Texas, and today was BY FAR the best experience me and my husband have ever had. The team was focused and on point. 2 managers that were present on the floor and in the kitchen area were ‘orchestrating’ the team beautifully. I noticed on of their name tags (Connor), so I spoke with him personally to share my feedback. He also let me know that the other gentleman in charge was Bobby. They were both friendly and professional. (As was the staff). We come to Round Rock often to visit our grandkids, and will definitely drive a bit further to visit THIS location, as the Round Rock location has left us a bit disappointed in the past.
App is ok Rewards are horrible
I have had this app for a bit to try out the rewards feature. There hasn’t been an update to help out with the bugs. The receipts don’t print out a barcode like they are supposed so you can manually add points if the scanner isn’t working. They in store system never seems to connect with the rewards. So points never updated. I’ve been to this location several times in the last few months and only got credit for one purchase despite scanning rewards every time. Whoever wrote the program for the app did terrible. It’s not user friendly and rewards don’t work. This needs to be revamped and needs updates to ensure its working.
