Just okay

I like ordering ahead at restaurants with apps. It saves a lot of time normally. I don’t even bother using this app anymore. It is confusing to order things on and they don’t have all the options that are available at the Jason’s Deli I go to. I only recommend if you’re adamant about ordering ahead.

Georgetown TX Jason’s ‘KNOCK’S IT OUT OF THE PARK!!’

I have visited Jason’s all over Texas, and today was BY FAR the best experience me and my husband have ever had. The team was focused and on point. 2 managers that were present on the floor and in the kitchen area were ‘orchestrating’ the team beautifully. I noticed on of their name tags (Connor), so I spoke with him personally to share my feedback. He also let me know that the other gentleman in charge was Bobby. They were both friendly and professional. (As was the staff). We come to Round Rock often to visit our grandkids, and will definitely drive a bit further to visit THIS location, as the Round Rock location has left us a bit disappointed in the past.

Fix this trash app

I have a few hundred dollars worth of Jason's e-gift cards (a friend vastly overestimated how much one person could eat from a fast casual deli). So I place each order, choose gift card at the payment screen and enter gc number and pin, head to the store, and instead of my food sitting on the online order shelf I have to ask for it. Every time. Then they'll say "That'll be x dollars" every time, and stand there waiting for me to provide payment. Requires calling a manager every time. Requires that manager calling THEIR manager. Every time. Wrote to "customer service" about their horrific app and how they may very well be double charging and got a bored "this order was handled already" response. I wasn't talking about one order, lady. If the app won't process your gift cards stop asking for gift card info at checkout.
