The new official Missouri Lottery® app is here! Scan your Draw Games and Scratchers tickets to check for winners and easily enter them into your My Lottery Player’s Club account for a chance to win in promotional drawings and shop in the digital store. The store features Missouri Lottery coupons that can be redeemed at licensed retail locations, as well as e-gift cards and other digital prizes.

I’m not sure if it’s just mine but my camera does not seem to be working today for checking tickets. And whenever I get my points and my prize points, it is very hard to find my free tickets. As a matter of fact, I’ve had this for three years and I still could tell you how to go about finally my free tickets.
Can not access the app via log in

I put in my credentials correctly and it just loads for a second but doesn’t do anything. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app. Tried a hard reset on my phone. Tried deleting the app, resetting my phone then reinstalling the app. I can log in to the web page normally. I have over 200 scratchers to scan to get my entries so no I won’t spend several hours even days manually entering every single one. Contacted the lottery customer service line and got told “sorry we don’t have a IT department and there’s nothing I can do to help you” awesome customer service, awesome ways to find customers resolution … would give 0 stars if I could
Doesn’t work half the time

The new app update is terrible!! it keeps saying login failed after 10 attempts or so it will eventually log you in but when you’re trying to scan tickets, the scanner doesn’t work anymore. we had the same problem to Updates ago and then the last update. Everything was working fine until this new mandatory update and now the app doesn’t even work. it’s pretty convenient. One points are about to expire at the end of the year so it’ll probably rip everybody off on all their points. What a hassle!!

I’ve been using this app for some time and previously gave it 1 star. With the latest update, I’m giving it 5 stars now. It took some time, but either you employed new developers or listened to app users to change the scanning to be more efficient.
