I would be nice though to have all information update accordingly… I tend to double pay my bill because the payment disappears after it’s processed and the balance does not change so I think the payment isn't going through… at least remove the due date after the payment is made so I know it will be applied.. having to search under recent transactions just to find the posted payment seems like a lot especially when you do not have a lot of time… other than that like the app it’s very convenient

Do not use this app. This app is awful. It always makes you call customer service for every little thing in your place on such a long hold. It takes way too long for payments to be updated and it takes the money out of your account immediately second with my card was stolen I requested a new card they never sent the new card and they turned off my card which was good because it was the existing card but I never got a replacement card and on top of it all now I can’t even access the app. I just want to try to cancel the account and I have a small balance like to cancel but now I can’t even access the account to pay off the amount just to cancel it and they won’t even update my address because I had canceled the card now I have to wait three more days in order to update the card. I am trying so hard to cancel my account with them and they are making it impossible. This is a scam at all levels. I hate this company and I hope you guys don’t get fooled by the large credit limit they give you you’ll never be able to pay it off and they have terrible customer service.

This morning, my card was declined while using my mobile wallet on an iPhone. I called and they unlock the card after 45 minutes on the phone. I was able to buy my bag of chips. This afternoon my card was declined again. I called again and was told that the card was declined because I’m using a mobile wallet and moving forward. I have to use my physical card. The card supports the mobile wallet. I’ve used the mobile wallet up until now with no issues. But now, despite being supported, I can no longer use my mobile wallet. Customer Service offered no solutions or explanations as to why suddenly I’m unable to use the card with my mobile wallet. The card is not useless for me. I’m gonna pay it off and close the account. Edit: changing from one star to three star. Despite what Customer Service insists, I was able to use my mobile wallet at another store a few minutes later. So it’s just the Customer Service that’s clueless.

As another said, the app doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles that other cc apps do but, at the same time, the card doesn’t have a chip so that speaks volumes. What's annoying is their payment system — even though the payment is generated from my bank & deducted from my checking account, you don’t get immediate credit. it’s from the bank ... what do they think will happen? A little green genie will remove the payment in a few days? Not likely.Other than the above, the card serves its purpose for individuals such as myself whose credit is less than desirable. Life's challenges have a way of sneaking up on you when it's least expected. However, from the experience, you learn both the pros and cons regarding credit cardsOn last note--do not go over your credit line. For me, it was a combination of interest & other fees that catapulted my balance $11 over the credit line which, of course, was immediately reported to the credit bureaus and that resulted in a ding on my credit rebuilding process.AND they don't have an issue reporting you've gone over your credit line to the Big Three (Experian, TransUnion & Equifax) but those same rules don't apply when bringing your balance above the credit line. This, in my opinion, is wrong on so many levels And now I wonder how many days pass before finally showing a payment was made and, by doing so, bringing me above the credit line?Once it's financially possible, this card will be paid off and placed in my safe--only to be used in extreme emergencies.
