I’m young, about to go into my first year of highschool, and I’ve always had self esteem problems, but I have never gotten the motivation to workout. Most fitness apps have monthly subscriptions which made it even harder for me to want to lose weight. The fact that this app is completely free and gives free 30 day workout and meal plans really helps out. This app has finally given me the motivation to just get up and workout. I have always had horrible self esteem problems, and I’m not proud of it, but I feel that this amazing app can help better my self esteem. In about 1 week of using this app while maintaining a healthy diet, I have lost 3 pounds and I am hoping that by the end of these 30 days I will not only feel healthier on the inside, but that I will also feel happier with what’s on the outside. I defiantly would recommend this app to ANYONE who has a tough time keeping up with daily workout routines.

Ok so I got this app last year but stopped seeing results after 2 weeks. I’m 11 now and going through depression and I’m severely overweight I weigh about 130 pounds. I have a passion for dance and do it for hours every week but at class I always feel so self conscious because everyone else isn’t fat like I am. This has caused me to feel really stresses in life and I wanted to try to loose some weight, well a lot of weight. My mom is against weight loss she says that people around my age are to young to put that stress in themselves and that it doesn’t matter how you look. But for me it’s the fact that my weight relations me from having confidence in my self and over all feeling like I’m not an outsider like I always have. So ofc I can’t go to the gym or anything so I wanted to try this app again. I was sadly surprised that the extra workouts were only available with premium unlike a year ago. I’m trying my best with it but it isn’t doing enough for me to loose weight and be a normal weight of 90 pounds so after 30 days I’m probably gonna do a different app. It needs more free features and when I checked the price of premium it was 60 a year which is way more than I’m willing to spend on a app that may or may not work. It’s also hard because we don’t have some of the foods I’m supposed to eat and sometimes I have to eat what everyone is eating which makes the diet really hard but I’ve been doing my best and praying for results to happen soon.

This app was really great for the first two weeks or so. I could commit pretty well to the schedule, and it became just one more thing to do before bed. My core became significantly harder during that time too. But with the schedule prescribed by the app, muscle soreness just kept accumulating over time since there was never enough time to recuperate. I wanted to keep up the habit so I started doing it despite the muscle soreness, but it just kept getting worse and it was just too painful after a few days. I decided I’d pick it up again once it went away, but by the time it did go away I almost forgot about the app and had no desire to put myself in that much pain again. Maybe the app could be improved by allowing the user to set the rest dates based on when the muscle soreness is at its worst? The rest days would sometimes occur on days I felt fine, but then the soreness would start the next day, and I’d have 3 days straight of working through the soreness with it getting worse everyday. Allowing the user to control their rest days, or even just allow for more rest days, would make this app much more practical.

This is my first time leaving a review ever, but after about 2 weeks of using this I’m completely annoyed with one specific ad that doesn’t let me close after I finish a workout. There’s ads after every workout and usually after five seconds you can skip passed it and see how many calories you burned during that exercise and go on with your day. About 2 times a day an ad for Wordscapes comes on and I will sit there for up to 2 mins waiting for an x or an arrow to let me close the ad and let me see how many calories I burned but it never comes up, making me restart the app having no idea how many calories I burned. This is a really long winded way of saying I enjoy and rely on this app for exercise but to not see my cals burned and having to guess on half the workouts is extremely frustrating for someone keeping track of their progress. If the app offered a way to store workout history and how many cals/time for each workout problem would be solved. The rest of the app is amazing just very frustrating after sweating bullets excited to see how much I burned then getting no answer and having to guess
