I am a loyal Samsung customer. I recently upgraded my phone, I had a Samsung S10e and there was a great promotion on Samsung. I had to take full advantage of this... so I got my Samsung note 20 ultra. I went to the store to see if I could get it the same day, but unfortunately they sold out , I had to order one online. I am very happy with my purchase. I been staring at a small screen for too long... I can’t and will not stare at small screens after I switched to a note smartphone. The people who work in the store are very friendly and helpful. The order took a little longer to arrive because the phone is such in high demand... I can’t wait to try out the 5g capabilities once I go to an area with 5g connection. Overall a happy customer.

To start with the app is clunky at best which makes navigating it a pain. But, I’m willing to overlook that in order to still purchase the appliances I’m so looking forward to having. Now here’s my story:I’m looking to get a new Stove and Dishwasher. About a week ago I went online on my laptop to your website and applied for financing and was approved for $4200. However, to get the two appliances I wanted with installation and Samsung Care+, it would be $4400. (I am not getting appliances without the care plan and installation from the manufacturer, let’s be real). So yesterday afternoon I called to raise the credit limit and was successful to the tune of $7000. Great—so this morning I check on the app and sure enough, in the app it shows my raised credit limit. But here’s the problem: I can get the appliances but not the Samsung Care+ plan because it’s nowhere to be found on the app. And you must purchase the Samsung Care+ plan in the same cart as the appliance or you can never get it according to your website. Now when I go online to your website on my computer, it doesn’t show the raised credit. So I’m trying desperately to give you my money but y’all are making it incredibly difficult.

I have spent thousands with Samsung, and it always has been a pleasurable experience. This time, my package was delayed because of the lackluster care and services of AGS (Samsung’s chosen shipping partner). I called Samsung order support, requesting information on the canceling order process since I had to leave for work and was not available to receive the delivery whenever AGS found it convenient to deliver. The Samsung rep on the phone advised me she would check the status of the delivery shipping partner (AGS). She told the shipping partner, AGS, that I wanted the delivery canceled. I did not want the delivery canceled, but the process of cancellation of this order was since the order was two weeks delayed. I wanted to decide, as a paying customer, not grant her my power of attorney. Then, she abruptly disconnected that call. I called back, and another rep told me to call the police. What is the police going to do when the order was never delivered!? My goodness. This rep also disconnected the call abruptly. This is horrible management of customer service by Samsung’s side. This is an unacceptable, disgusting, and disrespectful way to treat your paying customers. I am disappointed. Samsung, you should highly consider investing in better customer support. Your customers are the most critical asset of your company. American Express is the golden standard for customer service; maybe take a page out of their book and treat your customers better. Delays happen, life happens, communication and who your brand associates with is a choice, which you, Samsung, failed at this time.

I ordered m8 monitor since Oct 21st and the shipping status was not updated (it was at label created on ups) and ups didn’t receive physical shipment so I try to contacted customer service several times to follow my status and they confirmed me that I will receive item even the status was not updated and I have to wait for 10 business day (4 days delay from estimate delivery date in Samsung app). After I wait for 10 business days, I don’t receive my monitor and I try to contacted customer service again!!!! They said they will issue refund process and I will receive refund within 24 hours but I didn’t receive refund or any email to confirm and I try to contact them again and they said the refund status will show up in my bank account within 72 hours. But Now 72 hours and I don’t receive any refund!. I contacted customer service again and she told me to wait for 24 hours again!!!!! I don’t know why Samsung is very irresponsible and unprofessional. Now I wait for 14 days and i have to wait again and again. Don’t buy anything from Samsung!!!!
