Took a little bit to get this to work on my phone (iPhone 12 pro). But after just turning my UEs off and on it finally connected.Overall the presets works well. Would be great to allow a few in app songs to test as you play with the settings. This would help alot with the “custom” mode. At times that can feel a bit less user friendly in its current state.

When I got this app it sounded just like apples product. Then I read online there was an app to set it up your way. The app wouldn’t connect at first. But I did a soft reset(connecting battery and charging) and when I tried again it still didn’t connect but I waited for almost a full three minutes, then it connected. WOW. AWESOME. I gotta say adding the ability to do a final customization is brilliant. This entire product is customized it only makes sense that the sound should be too. Excellent product and excellent app. And just so she gets credit...ERICA AT UE CUSTOMER SUPPORT YOU ROCK!!! JUST SAYING 😉

Just downloaded this last night. I didn’t have high expectations given the other reviews. I had absolutely zero issues connecting the IPX Bluetooth Cable to my custom IEMs. The presets are great as is the ability to customize your personalized EQ.

This app makes all the difference when using Ultimate Ear's custom IEM. I rebooted my iPhone 12 Pro Max and was instantly connected. I do not regret my investment!
