I NEVER get any notifications from this app even though I am signed up to receive them and have them enabled in my Notification Center. Without notifications, this app doesn’t function as a reliable tool for work. Also, the app ALWAYS logs me out and I have to log back in every time I use it. So frustrating (and probably why the notifications don’t work). I’ve tried every setting and have background refresh enabled, etc. There needs to be an option to remember me and keep me logged in on my phone, and that doesn’t seem to exist? My employers want to use this to notify employees of important things, but I never am notified about it. I don’t have access to email notifications for the account, just the app notifications on my work phone.I’ll change my rating when the issue is fixed, but until then, this makes the app completely unusable for me and my job, not to mention frustrating. Please fix!

Military time? Seriously? Please give us the regular time, don’t be extra. When making a group chat, adding people is extremely difficult, a slow tedious process because you have to type everyone’s name AND last name or else it won’t show up and then scroll endlessly until you find the right person. Other app’s search systems pull up recommended people from your store so it’s easier and faster to add them. We can’t pin messages? Why? We can’t set reminders within the chat? Can see who saw a message but can’t see who didn’t?Why?? Do i seriously need to hit info everytime to see who saw it? Can’t yall make their icon pop up underneath the message to make it simple and fast. Needs a dark mode, the white background is blinding Jesus Christ. The app isn’t smooth and the aesthetic is ugly. Slow reaction to these feature requests, do you guys even read the reviews?

So far it’s ok. With multiple chat groups within an organization, we need the ability to quickly move info from chat to chat. A forward option is critical, currently you can only copy a text to paste. Images cannot be moved from chat to chat. There is no option for read receipts within a group., Also an option to pin messages within a chat would be ideal.., being able to tag a specific person within a chat to call attention to a specific message. Lastly, copy and paste hashtags to help with quickly posting on the news feed.
