I really enjoy the app and variety of classes and the music. My concern is that there is limited new content added. I like the app and want to keep using it but there doesn’t seem like much new. I want to encourage the owners to start adding more videos because I’d like to stick with this app for a long time. I do wish there was a better way to filter classes and note which ones I’ve done. I have had a few glitches but those are infrequent. Please add more content!!

I’m 35 and had never stretched in my life. This was my first try at yoga, and I love all of the different options for beginners. I have not had any problems streaming to my tv. The app is very straight forward and easy to navigate. Their customer service is outstanding. They answered my questions within ten minutes and were so positive. I love the music attached to all of the different workouts. I’m only on week 3, but I can see myself doing this for the rest of my life. I have already noticed a big difference in how my body and mind feels during a really stressful time.

I have been using this app multiple times per week over these last few months and have recommended it to everyone I know. I love the selection of classes from invigorate, activate and the bulldog bites! There is something for everyone and this has helped bring the Bulldog experience that I miss so much into my own home! As a full time working mom, getting to the gym is not really an option for me. Bulldog yoga at home workouts has made self care a reality for me again! I love the music and all the choices. Challenging and easier workouts for however I’m feeling that day. I’ve been bulldoging for 5 months now 4-5 times a week. Best $$ I spend each month and it’s not even expensive.
