Loved the app and the functionality of the feeder, however for the past... idk how many months... I have not been able to access the camera unless I am connected to a home wifi. The entire purpose of me getting this was to be able to check up on my cat while out and about or on trips. I seriously want a refund if this issue is not fixed. The thing was too dang expensive for it to not be working. 🙄

I have been pleased with this feeder since I began using it one month ago. However, I woke up to my cat crying for food this morning. The app notifications did not show any feedings for this morning and her feeding schedule was gone! Why would her schedule disappear? I am not as confident in this feeder as I was prior to the schedule disappearing. I gave this 4 stars because I have been extremely pleased so far but if the feeding schedule disappears again my rating will go down significantly.

Worked great for 3 years but recently changed internet providers and unable to connect to WiFi now. Followed steps provided on line but it keeps saying to follow steps in setup instructions to connect to WiFi. Not sure what the glitch is. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app and rebooting WiFi. I’m unable to find a phone number or email address to get support.

The feeder itself is great but the app and how you have to connect to total junk. It takes control of your mobile device and it should not it disconnects you from your own WiFi and you have to keep putting in the password. If they would add pws to connect to WiFi it might be great but otherwise it is junk especially if the electricity flickers or goes out for any length of time.
