The whole hospital saved my life without question. It literally took many miracles and I know they did. Sometimes it was just a prayer but I know they prayed for me. It was silent but it must have been intense because it worked. I could not walk due to an infection that must have been severe but after the appointment I could likewise you can ask them but I’m pretty positive well you will have to ask them how many times this year I went to ER then you may have to ask them how many doctors appointments just since May, I think, but it has been better than a full recovery I believe that I look and feel much younger. Is that possible, too? Maybe they prayed that I heal that I live but also that they wanted me to look and feel younger. Hmmm, but why? I can understand they want heal but really why did they want me to become younger? I think there’s still a chance…
Frustrating, at best

They say they have corrected some bugs, but the app is even *more* buggy than before!Looking for test results? Easy enough. Looking for imaging results? Good luck with that! If I open the first of any duplicate image results (same type, day, etc), it shoots me an error message and says I have to sign out. It does not refresh until/unless I go to the home page, open my profile page, and sign out that way. It has a hyperlink where it says “sign out”, but it takes me back to the homepage without signing me out. Sign back in, click on the second (and usually last) of the duplicate orders. This one opens, but then there’s no way to go back to my list of imaging reports! I once again have to go back to the homepage, to my profile page from there, sign out… and no luck signing back in. Cannot get to my medical chart *at all*. I am *beyond* frustrated with this darn app!!!!! It was bad before, but considering this is all I use it for? Unusable at this point for me. Do better! Banner, you are a nationwide multi million dollar healthcare company! Why is everything you touch the opposite of user friendly?
Works great when it works

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 14 from an iPhone 8 and this app worked solidly well on my 8 but now it doesn’t even open. I click on it and it opens for a second only to shut off after. I can’t even access the login screen. I mean it worked great it works great but now it’s just a mess. I have done everything in the books from uninstalling it to reinstalling it only for it to continue crashing. I have to use the web browser just to access everything. Again it works great and is a great tool/resource but now it’s just a waste of space. If it actually worked the way it did on my 8 then I’d be giving this 5 stars, but now it doesn’t even deserve that. I’m just being generous by giving it 3 because yes when it works it’s phenomenal. Please fix this problem.

Works, but sloppy and quirky

This suffers from poor use case testing and consistency of implementation. Yes, it works - no, not intuitively. Examples start on the opening screen with its scrolling jerks and huge action buttons. Dive deeper and you’ll find an e-mail path of no return and confusing, if not downright obtuse navigation to lab reports. Try finding the path to add a proxy, then repeat it - good luck. Lastly, scrolling through the details of lab reports, every time, gets pretty tedious pretty fast. How about condensing, and grouping so I can see a summary and drill into details?Snark aside, put more effort into the user interface design and implementation for consistency, simplicity, logical structure for users, and, I shouldn’t have to tell you this … test, test, test!Lastly - don’t apologize for it - just fix it.
