Can’t use GIS in the app. While the map is functional, once you enter in your address, the pop up is designed for the desktop, not mobile, and you cannot scroll which means you can’t find your pickup dates from the app or on a mobile device.
Was this tested?!?

This app appears to just be the website ... complete with a lack of usability. Trying to lookup trash/recycling pickup in either the app or website on iOS (iPhone) using Safari leads only to frustration. First no obvious way of finding this info. This is found by going to “Events and News” then “Solid Waste” then “Waste Collection” and then finally “Find My Pickup Day” at the bottom. “Events and News” ?!?! How does that make sense? And why so many “clicks” to find what should be a simple query?Even once you make it that far it will not work. It takes you to the “GIS” disclaimer followed by a tiny form (not very touch friendly) to enter your address. This brings up another windows with extremely tiny scroll bars all over the place with the default selection for services set to “Government”. The drop down where you can change this to the original query (trash pickup schedule) does not actually work in the app or through the Safari (the default browser on iOS/iPhone/iPad).
Useless App

As others have mentioned, it appears to be the website (on which the map to find your recycling days does not work). I also tried the feature (a few times) that is supposed to allow you to have them text you your recycling days. This also does not work. This is the most useless app I’ve ever tried to use. It’s shameful. I’m deleting it.

This is the second time I’ve attempted to use this application and both times were difficult not to mention the app has hard time finding addresses ,it’s very analog reminds me of the game boy from the 90’s needs a lot of work.
Added Home Chemical function.
