Marco’s Pizza was first introduced to me through an old manager who owned one of the franchise, she invited all to attend their grand opening and I attended and actually won a whole year of Marco’s Pizza and boy was it delicious specially free how can you go wrong but even with it no longer being free for several years, I continue to choose Marco’s Pizza over any and all other pizza parlors. Do I ever have anything else sometimes depending on the area or situation but overall their pizzas are delicious. Their crust toppings that you get to add are scrumptious makes it even better if you favor Parmesan and garlic. The variety of pizzas they have are so scrumptious pricing is high, but if you have the membership app which doesn’t cost anything to have you truly do get some discount rewards that are given to you.

I’m a general manager in one of your franchises. Ever since the release of the new app, it has been a snowball effect of problems. I get that with new tech, there’s usually problems at release. It has been months though. I have customers being charged twice, to three times, and we never receive their order. I do my best to assure them their money will go back to them, give them my personal number should it not. But this is brand damaging. Our customers can not trust that their orders are going through, and that they won’t be charged multiple times when it happens. No one wants to have to place their orders multiple times and go through a 3-5 business day ordeal to get their money back just to order a pizza. It has been months. And our support system takes too long to give us half baked responses. We bust out butts to give good service and good products to build our customer relationships and trust and you are destroying that. Fix your tech. And hold your developers accountable. Thank you.

I like Marco’s pizza but the app is so frustrating to use I am going to switch to Domino’s. Marco’s offers a coupon for a free cheezybread if you complete a survey, but when you go to apply the coupon to your next order it won’t work, you get a message saying the “coupon can’t be applied multiple times.” It wasn’t; I applied it once. I tried 5 or 6 times and got the same result. My husband ended up calling in the order, but after explaining our issues the store refused to give us the cheezybread for free even though we had a coupon. I am deleting the app and will order our pizza elsewhere. It’s too bad because we like the pizza but the frustration isn’t worth it.

At this point it's just the lesser of all evils in the A. can't even cook for yourself because groceries are at an all-time high price. The addition of DoorDash recently just makes your order delayed by an hour and cold when it gets here. Or I could go out and eat and pay such high parking prices that half the businesses and West Midtown have been closed.The only reason I continue to order pizza once every week or two from here is because the owner has given me indications that they do seem to care. The pizza here is pretty tasty all things considered, but that's assuming it gets to you hot.
