The app was always really great, intuitive, and easy on the eye. Since the 4.0 update it is decidedly mid. Very plain Jane and not as easy to navigate. This is also bad for your marketing. I used to love pulling out the app to show interested folks how the results show up, now I don’t bc the app is a little hard to see the results and looks ho-hum.
Fix your Auth0 Login Please

Prenuvo is great, their web app is excellent. Something is broken with your Auth0 set up and has been since you implemented it. Continual loop that session is expired, I login, app boots me back out and then the login page won’t reload. As much as we pay for these scans, you need to be taking account security seriously. The fact your app login doesn’t work makes me wonder who you have building your apps and how are you keeping my phi data safe. Auth0 is really simple to implement, if your mobile team can’t do this, I’m concerned. iPhone 15 pro iOS version 18.3.1

The app has been able to provide me the ease of showing my results to my doctors. It is very easy to review the results and see all the information provided by the Radiologist. Highly recommend this app to anyone who has gone through a Prenuvo scan!
Can’t log in

Every time I try to log in, it sends me to the log in online, then sends me back to the app, and immediately tells me my session has expired. Over and over.
