Excellent example of functionality

This app is marketed towards the general public to make dealing with the state of Colorado easier and straight forward. It does that and exceeds my expectations. The app is minimalistic. It's easy to use and navigate. There aren't unnecessarily annoying features. There's no obnoxious animations. It doesn't crash or slow down my phone or lag. It proactively helps you with your driver's license/registration/etc renewals and makes that information easily accessible in a useful way that seems to be continually improving. This is excellent. Keep it working this well. All official apps should look to this as an example of how to do things right. Thanks for fixing an earlier bug where you would have to frequently sign in with your entire login id and password. It's just biometrically locked now as is necessarily and appropriate. I would like to see more official services be added as they already seem to be over time. Opt in information for things like voting would be nice. I'm open to experimental electronic voting so we can start upgrading the national infrastructure with some evidence. This could be used to communicate policies the general public doesn't have great visibility on or doesn't understand the language or consequences of.Maybe a way to submit complaints or concerns such as safety problems, road hazards, infrastructure problems, or companies breaking Colorado laws could be reported through this in some unified way with video/photo/text support.

I wish there was a way to link this application to the DMV and that way there wouldn’t be a long line at every DMV I’ve ever been to my whole life I was born and raised in Park Hill and still till dis day I struggle with the DMV just so I can make everything legal. I know I’m not the only one that fill this because I talk to other people on the line and I told them to leave a Google review or yelp or anything else they can use so other people can relate to the situation that every Colorado resident has to deal with in a daily matter this might be a strong out review, but it’s the truth about anybody that decides to reside in Colorado they are not equipped or have enough employees to handle the volume of service needed every time I go the Service is always horrible and the wait time just to hear that you’re missing a document or you didn’t sign. Something would’ve been much appreciated There has to be a way to make this more user-friendly. That way the state of Colorado collects the money that they need from their citizens! The last thing I have to say for this review is if you truly wanted to make a business where you collect money I would have enough employees to whether there is not a waiting line so people can return from their lunch break, which is only 30 minutes to an hour so they can drive home in peace

Update 5.2 broke app
11/22/2021
AceVenkman
The 5.2 update broke the app on IPhone. When you launch the app and Face ID tries to log you in, it starts a loop where the app logs you in for a split second and then reverts to the app log in screen prompting Face ID to activate again. This happens seven or eight times and then the log in screen is displayed. Ostensibly you could then sign in manually but that is if you happen to remember your user name and password which I do not because I used the strong password feature when I originally set up my account on this app which was not saved in my phones password list due to the app blocking this feature. So until there is a fix for this issue this app has been rendered useless. Clearly the people who coded the new Colorado unemployment website were also tapped to make this app inoperable as well. Why do government entities still not understand how to make intuitive and functional net mediums? The answer is a lack of beta testing and a lowest bid gets the contract mentality. Do better, we are not in the early days of the internet anymore, these types of coding errors are a direct result of incompetent creators fostered by governmental entities who have neither the knowledge nor the technical aptitude required to make informed decisions about technological viability as it relates to important government operations.

Don't Let The Reviews Fool You

A lot of these people are simpletons that don't actually bother with the depth of things. Simply put this app is OKAY at best but it just isn't as good as it should be. I can't believe we are in the year 2025 and yet somehow some way I have to continously log in basically every time the app is closed for more than 5 minutes. Imagine if you had to sign in to your social media platforms EVERY single time you opened the app. Doesn't sound fun does it? The app itself is clunky and slow. And while the overall use of it makes a lot of sense, I just don't see any justification for using it over your physical copy. It has other things to offer sure, but that's banking off the chance that it works the way you want it to with no hiccups.Furthermore, I think it is important for people to understand that the customer service is quite decent. Any time I've needed help they've always been responsive, but with us being so far into our technological advancements as a society there is no reason that an app of this caliber should be doing the bare minimum. Put some pizazz into your app or just shut it down altogether.
