(Updated) Reflections are not submittable on mobile app

Edited:Okay so someone actually reads these. The bug in the following section was fixed about a week after I submitted this review. I’m really impressed with the dev team responding and fixing the bug. When attempting to fill out a reflection at the request of my care navigator it is impossible to submit the reflection because the iOS keyboard covers up the submit button and there’s no way to scroll or change the view in a way that will allow for the submit button to be clicked. Really disappointing because doing extra work like this is already hard and it’s makes changing my life and my mental health more difficult since my momentum for progress is just halted. My care navigator said she has heard this complaint from multiple individuals and has even tried to raise the issue with someone from product at spring as well. Happy to update my review if this is fixed
Misleading Billing

I literally never leave reviews but I can’t help but warn others about this god awful experience I have had with this company. I want to preface this with, it has nothing to do with the app or the therapy session itself. Both were great and that’s why I am even more frustrated. My issue is my employer offered three free sessions as a benefit and I decided to take advantage of it. After my third session I got in touch with the billing team because I wanted to see how much the sessions would cost me moving forward to see if it was something I could afford to continue with. I was told it would be a $20 copay and I had them confirm this multiple times. A few months go by and I get a bill in the mail for about $2000, they then tried charging me full price per session! When I got in touch with the billing team they stated that it was a mistake on their end and they misspoke about how my insurances would help cover the sessions. They told me they’d adjust all the sessions down to the $20 they originally told me and that’s all I’d have to pay. Fast forward 6 months later and they’re still trying to get me to pay full price and submit a super bill when they know insurance isn’t going to cover the cost. It’s been back and forth circles with them and it’s beyond frustrating because no one ever actually helps. For a company that is meant to help with your mental health they sure are doing a great job at increasing my stress let me tell you. 10/10 don’t recommend.

Easy and convenient

Really impressed with this app and how easy it is to use. I found a therapist who offers evening appointments and he is great! The availability fit my schedule perfectly and the process of scheduling in the app is so easy. Medication management appointments are also available and are covered under my plan (2/year). Really well done app that is very easy to use, the add to calendar button is great to quickly add the appointment and link to my calendar in one tap.
Notifications complaint and more

App does not send any type notifications about receiving messages from a provider. Appointment notifications are spotty. I have all types of the notifications enabled email, text , push notification etc. I sometimes toggle it on and on. There has been several times I have missed messages! It’s become routine to check everyday for a reply. One of my providers says she doesn’t use messages for updates but says for me to email her but it is sometimes not secure/ encrypted for client sensitive information. Not sure if that is against protocol. Other issue is , when I use desktop web version for a session lately , even though my camera and mic are on beforehand , it still redirects to zoom workspace. I have tried to troubleshoot it but still the same. Almost every session! Please look into these things @ Spring Health!!! I’m quite tech savvy so I know these issues aren’t on my end, Thanks.
