This is definitely an easy self-guided tool to inspect your home, breaks it down in like areas, etc. gives you the option to change it or retake the video or photo easily and very simple to do at your own convenience and makes it easy to take a break do an errand, etc. cook dinner whatever for me it was longer than the 30 minutes that they thought it would take but I think that is my problem because I’m too detailed of a person i’ve been giving too much information and not just the minimum needed. A great way to take inventory of what you are trying to keep insured. A life-saving and time commitment app.

The self-application made it a breeze. It was very clear, and easy to follow. One extremely positive and unexpected Takeaway is that you’ll look at your home with heightened pride, regardless if it needs a little updating. Took about 30 minutes to go thru all the required documentation. I like that the app allowed for you to document areas not ask for. Pictures under sinks of plumbing was most difficult, as I am older and had to get down on hands and knees. I would use the app again.

Invasive, degrading. Judgmental, embarrassing. Frustrating. Time consuming. I have no trust in this process or Flyreel. I don't know you. I wouldn't have invited you into my house. I don't trust what you do with my data and videos. If you have a data breech videos of my house and contents, and, I assume, thousands of others', sold to who knows who or for what purpose or made public. This is a disgusting invasion of privacy and should be outlawed. Pictures are bad enough but forcing the customer who's already paid their insurance premium, to submit video. Shame. Appalling. Triggering and disgusting that this is even legal. Oh sure, "optional," except for the unwanted emails and texts worded like phishing mail with a call to action and forced deadline encouraging it to get done. Even the company name sounds ironically dodgy, Flyreel = fishing = phishing.Fly = cunning, manipulative.Reel = to pull in a hooked fish. And there's nothing "real" about the experience for the client. Pure AI.
