I really enjoy selling my personal data to this app in exchange for points for gift cards. I really enjoy the inconsistency of the gift card options, it’s nice to have a gift card available to redeem points for one day and then the very next day it’s not available. That’s super cool. It’s awesome to plan to redeem points and then kick yourself because you didn’t do it when you thought about it and then it stops being an option. The chat is great! It’s super cool to wait an hour for a response and then when you finally get a response they leave the chat instantly.. I love talking to four different people about one thing over the course of hours.

Awesome idea, but it doesn’t work. After earning 5,000 points by doing the various health quizzes and such, I redeemed 1,000 points for a $5 Sam’s club gift card which it said would be usable in-app. I’ve asked multiple staff members over the course of 3 visits to Sam’s club since then, and no one knows where it is or how to use it. Ive read and reread the fine print to ensure I understand how it works and redeemed it correctly. I’ve emailed back and forth with Well support many times and their various suggestions (double checking my member number, making sure it’s linked to my Sam’s account) and never got an answer. Today a Sam’s club staff member told me several customers have tried to use it, and they (workers at our store) don’t know anything about it and haven’t gotten any answers from corporate, either 🤷‍♀️

My company introduced us to Well last year about this time & Ive enjoyed using it ever since. I like the accountability aspect of checking in & logging your progress & I also like the ability to earn rewards. I’ve used a number of other fitness apps & incorporating this one into the ones I was already using was super easy too which was a bonus as many other apps can be overwhelming when you’re already using a food tracking app & a workout tracking app. We’ll also encouraged me to work on other aspects of my health & it’s nice to have access to a wellness guide who can answer any questions.

The Well Digital App is fun and interesting! It gives you a great opportunity to learn about your body, your health and how to improve yourself! It has fun, easy to read interactive content that changes daily. I have learned quite a few interesting things about myself and my body reading the available content. Yes Sir I’d recommend it to anyone who is interested in bettering themselves. And yes you can read it and complete the reads in just a few minutes each; quick and easy!
