App works decently, it does have some glitches here and there. Not perfect but does seem to be improving over time. It’s annoying when you have cartridge filters listed on the app but keeps alerting that it needs to be backwashed like it’s a sand or de filter. I’ve noticed that bug with filters and salt cells. Everything else seems to work fine for the most part. Lots of updates. Always close the app fully and reopen for alerts of new updates. Make sure pictures upload and sync properly

I just started as a pool tech and I can see the benefits this app offers for relaying info between company and client, however that’s about all it’s good for. From the techs pov it’s nothing but an infuriating obstacle that wastes time and wastes even more battery than any other app you can imagine. Start the day at 100% and after one pool you’re at 70%. Ohh boo hoo an app that needs power to work right….except phones don’t like to get too hot and we are outside mostly and even more during summer time when clients need our services even more. Mix that with all the photos required to finish a job and you have a guy annoyed and sweaty going back to the truck to get juice in his dead phone to go back to your pump to take photo that shows the pump is working. FYI a picture can’t show a pump is primed because it’s a still frame and a pump working is seen by the movement of water. So you took that picture of the pump and you guessed it the phones dead again now to go wait for it charge up again to take the picture of the pool, the pic that really matters. We could’ve been at our next clients pool by now….app creators please step your coding game up and help a mf out.

This app has been very beneficial to my company in many ways.The customers love all of the information that is provided on the weekly emails that are sent out in real time.We provide pictures, chemical readings, PSI gets checked every week with a pic, backwashing is documented along with everything else you can think of !The office has been running so much smoother that it is almost scary.This app had eliminated most of the nonsense call that we would get it the past from customers as well as the guys in the field.As far as the service techs in the field it has made the job a easier as well with a list of services that have to be preformed with pictures before the tech can move on to the next service needed.The customers equipment is also listed for every customer so the service tech will always have that information available.I highly recommend Poolbrain not only is the app amazing but the tech support the team behind poolbrain is just as awesome.A amazing group of people always available for you and dedicated to making the best app in the world to make owning and running a pool business a little easier.

This app is annoying and definitely not the most user friendly. I’m sure that companies like to have all the pictures and information that the app provides, but as a tech I feel like it wastes so much time. It’s ridiculous to have to take pictures of every. Single. Little. Thing. It makes me feel like the company I work for doesn’t trust its employees which is absurd. If they don’t trust us to do the job then why hire us??? I used to enjoy my job because I didn’t feel like I was being micromanaged but this app has made it so even a job away from the office can be micromanaged! No one likes it! On top of that the new update is making the app ask me to share my location every single time I open it before I can take any pictures or do any notes. I’m not sharing my location stop freaking asking! I don’t share location with any apps and none of them pester me nearly as much as this one does!
