Looks nice but missing items

Previously used MyChart which shows my recent vaccinations but this new app does not show any vaccines or have a way to add them to this app. App is slow to login

Healthcare Providers Don’t Use It

Yes, you can see your test results here, but there are numerous functions that are useless because the doctors and clinics never use the app. I have sent multiple messages to multiple doctors on the app, and they are never read and are eventually deleted. The doctors’ offices have all said, “Just contact us by phone.” But that defeats the purpose of having the scheduling and messaging functions in the first place. It would be great if it worked like MyChart where you could actually communicate with your doctors. It’s so frustrating I’m considering switching providers to a system that uses MyChart.

With this app I can see my test results, message my care team, review visit notes, and book/manage appointments. I even tried a virtual visit on my phone. The app can load a little slowly at times but it has most of what I need for managing my health care.

I didn’t realize you can schedule your own appt on this app and send a message to provider or request medication refill. Love saving myself phone calls.
