I’m 43 and after jumping from workout program to workout program working out 6 days a week almost an hour a day, seeing little to no progress, sleeping horribly, and having awful low back pain I found my way back to Moms Into Fitness. I had worked out with this app several years ago and loved it, but felt like I was not seeing results like I thought I wanted and started the ongoing program jump for the past 3 years until I made my way back after seeing an article Lindsay wrote about her body being stressed and having to change her workouts in her 40s…for the past month and a half I’ve been doing the 3 or 4 day workout program following the 35 min workouts and getting my daily walk and I feel amazing. I’m SLEEPING so much better, at least 7 hours a night and not waking up at 2 or 3 in the morning and laying there for hours. I don’t feel worn down and exhausted and my weight is staying consistent despite not feeling like I’m killing myself. I do feel like my clothes fit better despite my weight not changing and my husband says he has noticed my bum looks perkier so there’s a win :) If you’re struggling with the challenges of the 40s I recommend giving this a try, for me it has impacted all aspects of my health. I would really encourage you to look into nutrition as well, really focus on making sure each meal has protein, fiber, carbs, and fats (healthy fats help support our hormone health). Good luck ladies, forties are no joke!!
Invaluable resource

I’ve been using Moms Into Fitness workouts for a really long time! Since after my first or second baby, and they are nearly 7 and 9 now. I think when I first started it was with the DVDs, so that shows you how long ago! I have 4 children now and there were long stretches in between where I didn’t workout at all. I have been working out with the app consistently for about 6 or so weeks now and nearly completed the Pretty Fierce workout plan. I’m really impressed with the material. I love the plethora of workouts and styles available. I get really bored so I like being able to choose a different workout with a similar flavor when I need to switch things up a bit. I’ve seen really big changes in my body and I’m eager to finish up this particular program in 3 weeks so I can really see the transformation. I definitely notice positive signs already! I’m down a jeans size from a month ago! The best part about this resource is that it fits seamlessly into the current sheltering at home situation. Nothing about my workout had to change because I was already working out from home and had everything I needed! I’m really thankful to Lindsey Brin and her team. This is an invaluable resource for moms who are wanting to get into shape with lots of clear, safe instruction, done well and with many different options for moms like me, who struggle with diastasis recti. I would recommend this program to anyone! I trust Linsey’s knowledge and experience and she is also very likable and fun to watch. She’s encouraging, upbeat and informative, friendly and engaging. God bless! And all the best on your fitness journey!!

I started using Moms into Fitness 5 years ago and haven’t looked back. I was an athlete in college and an avid runner, swimmer, and cycler pre-motherhood. I would easily spend 2+ hours a day working out and I loved it. But then, I had children, I was working, my life was a fast moving train that never seemed to slow down and I couldn’t figure out how to work out. Enter MIF.I was feeling pretty down after baby #2. I felt like I had no time and there was no way I was ever going to lose any of the weight. A friend recommended MIF and I lost 30lbs in 12 weeks with (what was then called) Postnatal Slimdown. But even more than that, I learned I could get a killer workout in 30 minutes or less. Even better than that? I learned proper form for the exercises and learned how to work out in a way that would reduce risk for injury and maximize benefits. Five years later and another baby later and MIF is still go-to workout source. Honestly, I feel like I have my own personal trainer when I work out with MIF. If you want to get a great workout into your day in under an hour, from the comfort of your own home, with someone who will actually teach you how to properly perform the exercise and why you do it- MIF is for you and this app makes it easy and convenient to access from anywhere.
Awesome for every level, accessible to moms!

I have a long history of struggling with exercise - it’s easy for me to prioritize anything and everything over it, and my weight and fitness level has fluctuated quite dramatically in my adult years because of it. A friend recommended MIF to me partway through my second pregnancy, and it has been a game changer! It is so helpful to have access to a WIDE variety of workouts (even those intended specifically for pregnancy!) from home, so much better than a single workout video that you learn and then get sick of or psych yourself out of completing since you know what’s coming next. Really you could use these workouts with no additional equipment, but it is helpful to have a couple sets of light weights (I have 3’s, 5’s, and 8’s), and occasionally resistance loops. With a toddler at home and another on the way, even while battling some SI joint pain and weak pelvic floor and core due to under use and resulting from current and prior pregnancy, these workouts are the best! The app works smoothly, and Lyndsey’s frequent cues for proper form and for cuing the core are so helpful. Many workouts are 10-15 minutes, which makes it feel easy to do one and then actually keep going! So helpful. I have been in an out of the gym, which I hated, for years...I like strength training but hate the drive and the meat market atmosphere, and struggle to make it a priority. I don’t really enjoy running but have been in and out of running over the years for weight management. MIF helps me to be consistent and with a small, regular habit of exercise and motivates me to add more, rather than overwhelming me to the point of giving up. If I can do it (and I’m now 32 weeks pregnant), you can do it!!
Bug fixes and performance improvements!
