I'm so very grateful for this experience, ME VS ME participating in the Ekfit Shape Shift Challenge on the Solin app. I love getting golden stars every time I lift past my last weight. The tracking system is fantastic! I can’t tell you how many times I accidentally left my app, worrying that it wouldn’t save my weight I lifted; it stays. Save and track all my workouts, keeping notes from the last workout so you can always beat your own personal best. The videos consistently play in excellent video quality, are organized, and are smooth. The group experience was my favorite part of the challenge. I’m only motivated when I have a group doing it with me. I stayed in the app daily and chatted often, even on hard days. Losing my father-in-law suddenly. I found this group to be supportive, loving, and tried their best to relate to and understand that they were there. I'm not ready for it to be over, even though I've met all my goals, so I've joined the next challenge to keep me consistent. This truly protected my mental health and goes far beyond image. Thank you for showing me how strong I can be.

This has to be the best app created in the past decade. This app has literally changed my life. It offers sooooo much all in one. The creators are very attentive to details and ask for feedback very often to optimize the app. If you’re looking to start your fitness journey, this is the app for you. I wanted to start working out but had no idea where to start, was absolutely not comfortable in a gym setting and I came across this app. It’s very inclusive, whether you’re a gym head or prefer a home gym setting !! You can do both if you can rock it too ahah. It’s really an everything in 1.Tracking your macros? It has it. Workout plans? It has it. Meal prep ideas? It has it. Healthy recipes? It has it. Supportive community? It has it. Supplements? It has it. The macro tracker is VERY accurate.The AI options for recipes is awesome, the AI within the macro tracker is VERY accurate. There’s things for everybody, I have tried different coaches and programs until I found a coach that works best for me ! I cannot recommend this app enough ! REALLY RUN DOWNLOAD IT !!! Since my journey started I lost 50lbs and this is literally all thanks to Solin making it easy for me to focus on just doing the workouts, I don’t have to think or plan or figure out things. I just do !

The creator I did the Fall 2025 challenge with really made this platform for me. Her program was top tier and the results I have from working with her have me raving about this platform because you all support her. The workout section of the program was easiest to use and very well done. I would like the home page or library to be presented differently, with filters and a search function to browse through what I may have saved. In the community section, posts from the host/coach could be pinned but there was no way to filter posts from other contributors, filter or sort by date, or see my own posts in one location. I also purchased a Solin best seller cookbook that was available on the platform. The meals in the cookbook were broad in variety and showed the number of servings per recipe plus a breakdown of macros per serving for each, which was extremely helpful. I was personally looking for a little more guidance in serving size(I.e. weight or volume) as is provided on nutrition labels. (Yes, I could simply divide but the macros were provided so why not provide the serving size that breakdown is for?)

I’ve been using Solin’s macro tracker for about two months now. I joined a program on the Solin app, and the coach encourages folks to track macros. Other macro trackers were recommended but I didn’t want to login into a different app and when I signed up, this tracker was the only one that would enter food by voice. I really didn’t want to track my food actually but it turns out I had a 58-day streak I think bc Solin made it easy with that voice feature in particular. I wanted to spend as little time as possible tracking— and this seems to work for me. Tracking has helped me learn how to better fuel my body.Solin’s macro tracker can be a bit glitchy, and there aren’t many foods available for search yet but because I can enter so many things by voice and barcode just fine most of the time, it works out. Sometimes, if you scan a barcode, none of the data will be entered. Also, I find that if I take a picture of a plate of food without including the weight of the food, the calories and macros can be way too high. But overall, I’m happy I chose to track with Solin!
