My experience with Froedtert has been nothing but positive from scheduling, checking in, to the very professional care of the Physicians and supporting Medical staff. My experience pursuing a new primary healthcare physician, Dr Revolinski, has been nothing but outstanding. He was right on time, an extremely good listener, displayed great insite, was very professional, and made you feel like that he was part of your team to keep your health in check. His assistant, Nurse Cheri was extremely professional, kind, and caring. I might also sneak in the word efficient. One more thing I just have to share with you. After Dr Revolinski had left the room, his Nurse Cheri was to return and give me a vaccination. Not more than a minute after he left, he returned to my room just to let me know that Cheri was with another patient but would be right back after that. In all the many years that I’ve been in this situation, I’ve never had someone step back in and inform me of a possible delay. Usually you just wait and wonder if they’ve forgotten you. Great experience!

Dr. Ben George is my Oncologist and has been for 10 years. His entire staff is wonderful! My father, who was treated for Esophageal Cancer at Froedtert probably 40-50 years ago, was given 3-5 years - he lived 25 more wonderful years!I have referred many friends, friends of friends, anyone and everyone - to Froedtert, especially for Cancer Care and believe it to be THE BEST HOSPITAL EVER!From your Greeters, Cafe workers, transport teams, housekeeping staff - every single employee at Froedtert - has been caring, friendly, compassionate, funny - I could go on and on!Being diagnosed with cancer had to be the scariest thing I’ve ever experienced. The past 10 years, I believe I’m in the very best hands I could ever imagine. Dr. Ben George is a hero - MY HERO - and I Thank the Lord every day for him and Froedtert!

You prompt your patients to hit "1" if we wanted to review you after a call, but that never works. We end up being hung up on and we're never able to do the review.!! Your phone system is the ABSOLUTE WORSE! I spend more time being given the "run around" than any place I'm attempting to do business with!!! I'm usually hung up on even after waiting 20 to 40 minutes to reach who I'm calling!!! Thennnn I have to call back again!!! Please leave FULL NAMES when leaving a message to return call & a direct line to call!!! I waste literally HOURS trying to return calls!!! You people have no problem trying to get our money to pay a bill.... but us trying to return a call is ABSOLUTE INSANITY! I spent one day calling back... 1st time... 57 minutes.... hung up on.... 2nd time ... 41 minutes.... hung up on... third time I was crying and called the front desk and explained what was happening & she overrode the system & got me to the person I needed!!Today I wanted to do a serve at the end of the call so I pushed one when they told me to and when they finished my call... I waited for something to come on so I could leave my review and it was just a dead end call dropped!!????

Wow - DO NOT UPDATE! What was once a necessary app has now become a necessary evil. Impossible to read ANYTHING, the type is so small. And I have the largest iPhone screen Apple makes. The app used to be incredibly easy to use and simple to navigate and see at-a-glance everything you needed. Now it’s cluttered with too many tiny little icons and even tinier type, rendering it impossible to locate anything necessary. Log-in is cumbersome. I don’t want to sign in with Facebook or Google. All they do is farm my info. I VALUE MY PRIVACY. I can’t even figure out how to get into an upcoming appointment so I can pre-register. I no longer want to use the app. Sad, because it is necessary for my health. It’s an ugly, horrible, useless tool. So much for pre-checking in. Can’t read the type it’s so small. Can’t read notes or any directions for the same reason. Also - the app can now only be logged into by tapping on a link through an email from Froedtert; it cannot be logged into via tapping on the app itself. That refuses your current log-in information and instead asks you to create a new account. I am NOT going to go through that again. Ridiculous. If you’re smart, you revert to the previous format. That was a piece of cake, and fully functional.
