When paired with a CoCo Smartwatch, the CoCo App allows family members, caregivers, and trusted friends to stay informed about a loved one's well-being through health insights, safety monitoring, and emergency notifications.

Emergency Care Team (ECT)
CoCo's Emergency Care Team feature allows users to designate family members, professional caregivers, friends, or trusted neighbors as their first responders.
When an emergency is detected or the user activates SOS, CoCo can immediately notify the Emergency Care Team and provide important information, including:
• Current location
• Health and wellness data
• Emergency contact information
• Medication reminders and medical profile information

1. It would be difficult for a senior to set this watch up. 2. Not sure if a person falls it would detect it. I tried simulating a fall by slapping it on my leg - nothing!3. With the app it stated we could sign up three Caregivers but it only allowed two. 4. Caregivers have to have the CoCo app opened all the time to receive alerts which is total BS. One of my biggest issues with the watch and its design(ers). 5. Mom says the watch is comfortable to ware.

I am 58 yr old Type 1 Diabetic. My sons got this watch for me, and except for me being the only one to monitor, it is worthless!!! My ONE emergency contact ( which is free without subscription) doesn't get my info! Plus, I can never connect to 'pay to subscribe) for my other sons to be contacts! It does NOT sVe your info day by When I tried to contact 'customer service' zero response other then a dialog that had nothing to do with what I just said....which they sent repeatedly!!! ZERO customer Service!!! Don't bother getting this drvice!!!
