I’ve been coming here for a few years and love the convenience of coming in whenever I’m able with their car wash subscription. I’ve have their exceptional interior and exterior subscription and now just the exterior subscription with the options of adding other services. They keep my car sparkling as a Lyft driver and as an adventurer that gets my car dirty living on a farm and going to hikes, bike trails etc. The app is able to see the location I’m at and it’s just a tap of a few buttons to get all set up for a wash. Thank you for always being there for my tune ups or times where I really let the car go! I washed it myself for a year to save money but the amount of the subscription out-ways the time I spent cleaning it the best I could and it still looking mediocre 😅 I don’t have to be concerned with that now thanks to Autobell! 🫧🫧✨

Hey Autobell, I love your car wash and the app works great but one thing I think could help improve both customer satisfaction and profit stream for your company is exploring doing an interior only service. I have a sports car that I am not willing to bring through the wash because I only hand wash it so I don’t risk any paint scratches. That said, I’d love to bring it by Autobell just to get an interior job done once a week or every other week. I’m sure many of your customers can relate to this! Other than that though love the job y’all do. Looking forward to hopefully seeing this updated one day!

Have been an unlimited multi car customer for a few years. Just told to download a new improved app and change my password. All the old app issues are still there plus a few new navigation challenges. First, the app said the car I was driving hadn’t been paid, when it was. Second, although the app charged the extra service s immediately to my card, the tech directing me into the wash couldn’t find my car on his computer. After taking my phone and trying to figure out Auto bell’s problem; he ended up having me pick a different car I wasn’t driving and enter that car. So the extra services I paid for were gone including the tip money. These same issues happened about 1/2 the time on the old app also. Disappointed a major Corporation has these kind of repeated tech issues.

You have a great car wash but your phone app has been a disaster for years so I canceled a couple of years ago. Now I saw ads for your new app that touts “sharing “. What a misnomer that is. All you can do is put more than one car on the app but only one customer with the app on their phone can bring the vehicles to the car wash. So if I add my wife’s car on the unlimited plan, I am the only one that can bring it to the car wash unless she has my phone with her. Who can do that when today most of us depend on our phone numerous times a day to survive. Your development team must all be bachelors and just don’t get how the world works today. You just lost hundreds of dollars a month recurring revenue. “Sharing” is really false advertising and many of the other reviews I have read illustrate that people signed up not knowing that term was meaningless.
