Mobile App Description
You now have access to emergency transportation solutions in the palm of your hand. The MASA Global App allows you to check and update your membership information, view payment history, immediately access benefits and to view up-to-the minute claims processing information, along with many more exciting features to come. This one stop shop is a must have App for all MASA Global members, while at home or traveling.
Features include, the following:
Membership Information
From the Home Page, the members will be able to access a digital version of their membership card and all of their membership details – including, their membership ID number, type, status, fee, coverage date and renewal date. Any spouse or dependent(s) listed on the membership will also be displayed.
COMING SOON: Members will be able to modify their membership information.
Payment
The payment page provides Members with a history of all payments posted to their account. Members will be now able to pay the missed or declined payments.
COMING SOON: Members will be able to update their payment information and renew or upgrade their membership.
Benefits
The benefits page provides Members with a brief summary of the benefits available as part of their membership. Additionally, Members will be able to download a digital version of their Member Services Agreement.
Members may elect to receive push notifications for any future updates to the Member Services Agreement.
Profile
The Profile Page provides Members with the ability to activate or deactivate bio-metric log-in for their account. Members are also able to contact MASA directly, either via telephone or email, from the App itself.
*You must be a MASA Global Member to use the secure MASA Global App. The features contained in the App are entirely based on the benefits provided by MASA Global, which are more explained in its Member Services Agreement(s). Please see your Member Services Agreement for the complete terms, conditions and limitations of the benefits provided by MASA’s memberships.
The only way to sign up is to put in your birthdate. The only way to put in your birthdate is to pull up a calendar and then you have to go backward month by month until you reach your birthdate. I tried that and I lost it twice and I had to start all over. For me that was 75 years ago so I finally gave up
Biometrics Issues

I’ve contacted this company several times regarding the app’s biometrics functionality. Plainly put, they don’t respond or rectify the issue.The biometrics fail after about two hours into a login via password. Thus, one is unable to login via biometrics and is forced to enter a password-AGAIN.This is a bug that begs to be addressed.
Worthless app

Does not have field for confirmation number after entering required data. After over a dozen attempts to create an account, gave up in frustration. No tech support. Don’t waste your time! Hopefully the advertised service of Masa is better than their nonfunctional app.

Definitely not an app. I’m going to keep. I’ll delete it, but I don’t understand how it got 2 1/2 stars and how anyone could ever rate it five stars like the display says I’ll just use the main webpage and the card they send me.
