I’ve been using Innago for 1yr next month. I was looking for a product to help consolidate my mgmt tasks. Innago like other fit the bill, but the key was the price for what it offers. Rent collection has been a breeze, except for 1 payment (out of over 45) that took a couple extra days before deposit and required support intervention. Maintenance requests is easy, and I recently used the listing - application - background check - lease creation process. Other than an instance when some applicants reported an inability to submit applications, it worked well. Support is generally quite responsive. I’ve recommended this to others and will continue to do so if the app keeps up. Software will break, but this team does a good job resolving issues in a timely manner.

Innago is a well-regarded property management software across the industry. It is intuitive software, and once I became familiar with its interface, it was a breeze to use. I like that it allows me to create individual application templates, upload rental agreements and invite and screen tenants. Accepting online payments is very easy. The best part is - I can automate messages to be sent to tenants at appropriate intervals. I highly recommend Innago to Landlords and Property Managers. Although my use of Innago is mostly limited to desktop, it is quite handy when I am on the go.On the desktop, sometimes the software lags when switching between different tabs, which can be frustrating. I haven’t experienced that on the app. However, the app does not allow me or the tenants to load pictures when communicating about issues that need visual proof. Other than that, it’s a great product overall!

Managing a 72-unit apartment with this app - can’t recommend it more highly

I did a lot of research before deciding on this interface for managing our 72-unit apartment. We’ve been using it for about 18 months, and we are stunned, honestly, great this company and program is. It is beyond full-featured. It makes communications and tracking payments effortless. It gives us legal protection with detailed records of every maintenance request and our response. It lets us forward maintenance requests and photos directly to contractors. It produces all the reports you can imagine needing for end of month and taxes. Our tenants love using it, as do we. The customer support team is excellent and fast to respond. Amazingly, the program is FREE for landlords. They make their income from small fees added to tenant rent payments online and renter’s insurance. I’m a fussy Virgo, and I can’t recommend this program more highly.

I have been on both sides of the interaction as both the renter and the landlord using online payment system and apps to manage rental function. I appreciate that this app is simplistic and effective. I like that I can submit a maintenance request quickly and easily, I appreciate that I can pay my rent either by check or credit/debit using the app. Also, my rent is something that I claimed through my work so they make it very easy to access proof of payment to provide to my job. My only recommendation for a “add on” would be the ability to post community messages. For example… “Donuts in the kitchen, help yourself!” … well I’m not sure a longform post board would be helpful because you might end up with people complaining, something with a tweet style feel would be pretty cool for simple communications between Tenants.
