I just finished another year with the app and I’m beginning another, I’ve had it for years and it has remained so helpful on my journey of mental and physical health. Keep up the great work guys! I love this app. It is so helpful for me to get an idea of how stress levels are affecting me. I live with bipolar disorder and any kind of feedback on what is going on in my body is helps me to take care of myself. I live in my head and it’s easy to forget to pay attention to my body. One of the notifications is actually Pay attention and that reminds to consider what I could be doing to help my stress. Sometimes I get confused as others have said in reviews thinking that it’s telling me how I’m feeling but when I’m doing Great is when I’m under stress and I’m handling it well. That is good for me to know and consider how to keep that going. The customer support for this app is awesome, so helpful and responds quickly. I really love how you can keep track of how you’re doing during the day but also review the week and even go back over time to see patterns. Also, learn from how your sleep and exercise affected how you were handling stress. I won’t ever stop using this app, it is well worth the money. A reminder to get present and consider how you’re taking care of yourself and how you could be doing better is valuable information.

This app is unlike any other. I have had a ton of stress/heart monitoring apps since my heart procedure in 2020. I have spent more money than I care to admit trying to improve my over health health and wellness. I was a division 1 athlete and experienced a ton of new gadgets and methods to improve overall performance and health. I’ve always gotten the new Apple Watch, whoop band, and have even had (under medical advice) a cardiac monitor several times. This app when I first downloaded felt like a long shot but I’ve never been so impressed. It’s easy to understand, color coded, and extremely user friendly. It doesn’t take place of proper medical advice BUT I am able to be more self aware of my body’s responses to overall stress. I work a high stress job and I can look back at the data at the end of the day and make informed decisions based off of when my stress monitor app indicated I was in the orange or red zone. I used the 7-day trial the week before my wedding. I forgot to cancel the subscription before the 6 day mark (honestly a huge part of me didn't want to cancel but weddings are expensive 😅) and I emailed the app support team asking about a refund. The response was almost immediate, professional, and kind. They not only explained the steps on how to request a refund via Apple, they congratulated me for getting married, and provided me with an option to keep the app FOR A YEAR. I wasn’t pressured into a review or even asked to leave one. Mark Strok, the founder, you have an amazing and life changing app on your hands. Thank you 🙏 P.S: My stress monitor was in the “Great zone” on my wedding day!!! Thank you for reading this long if you have. The app is worth every penny and wildly affordable for what it does. I couldn’t recommend it enough and have told so many people who will listen about it.

Interesting data/time better spent

I’ve been using this app with a subscription for about a year and it is collected a lot of information about me. I agree that a lot of the data lines up with my personal experiences. This doesn’t alone surprise me because I am a pretty mindful person often paying attention to my body feedback. A lot of the data seems to tell me what I already know or will know, so aside from bringing more of my attention to this data, it hasn’t really helped me overall to be spending more time looking at this information. Overall, it’s just kind of neat, but not worth renewing. If I could go back, I would tell myself this app isn’t worth it. For example, it’s not knowing when I’m stressed or when I’m sick that is going to help me because I can detect that with my senses, so spending my time and money looking at that data is time that would be better spent addressing those things. Thanks to the devs for making a neat app. I don’t like the rating label “pay attention” and I think it makes more sense to me if that rating was called “stressed” since it is in between Overload and Normal. When I see I am in the “pay attention” zone during sleep, I think, how can I pay attention when I am sleeping? Lol, that just doesn’t seem like a realistic label. I also noticed that it gives me a better score if I’m sedentary and seems to give me worse ratings when I am more active. Again, it’s kinda neat… It’s just not for me.
What a shame 👎🏼

I was very excited when I saw this ap and downloaded it. I was having problems with it from the beginning because it wasn’t recording the correct number of days or times I was logging in, so I emailed the support team and asked them to look into it for me. I also asked them if they could explain some of the recordings to me they show in their charts, as they don’t explain them in their directions. Also, in their directions, the example charts they show are different then the actual ones that are provided to us, making it even more confusing. Personally, I like the example charts better than the actual ones. The response I received from their customer service team was basically, sorry if you’re not happy, feel free to request a refund. And that was basically it. Um... I didn’t ask for a refund. All I asked for was for them to look into my account and to explain some jargon terms to me, which they didn’t do. Instead, they tell me to go get lost? Okay, that’s what I’ll do then. I downloaded Welltory which is 100% better and tells me sooo much more than I could imagine! It’s fantastic! In the meantime, they tried to do an update on this app and now it won’t even record; therefore, yes, I will be asking for a refund because this app isn’t working properly. It’s a shame because I am a chemo patient, with a ton of stress in my life, and this would have been a good app for me, but it led me to Welltory and I’m a happy camper now.
