We have been looking for authentic Hawaiian food ever since we visited Oahu 15 years ago. So much so that we went back two years later and loved it even more. We have been RV’ing for a few months now and just happened to stumble on L&L when looking for food on our way back to the RV park using Google Maps. The shop at North Charleston were amazing helpfully and we got some awesome awesome awesome plate lunches. Just exactly like we had on our Hawaiian vacation. Sooooooooooooo good. The Loco Moco is great and the Kahlua pork is just exactly like I remember it. So juicy and tender and tasty. Well done L&L! We will be stopping in again on our travels now that we know you exist on the mainland.
Good app but changes previous orders

The app works like expected mostly except for when placing previous orders. For example: I ordered a mini chicken katsu with rice and Mac salad. When going to order it again, it shows the right items when selecting a re-order but in the cart it changes them (apps says Mac salad and rice but cart says rice and rice) so I have to remake the order again. It’s not inconvenient but annoying that the app won’t recreate the order when given the option. Fix that and it’ll be good to go.

Not sure why I even have the app downloaded anymore, but I guess part of it is that I racked up a bunch of loyalty points back when the app DID work, and now I haven’t been able to order at my restaurant for months. And the app isn’t even consistent with what the error is: sometimes ordering for the location is unavailable, other times only two food items are listed on the menu, other times I get all the way to the end of the process and the payment process flubs. I’ve sent messages to corporate contact emails and even their social medias but it’s apparent they don’t really care. Also new development: I can’t even order online through the desktop website anymore. It lists a single food item available for ordering. Really disappointed in L&L
Requires Registration to Determine if Location Supports Ordering

Despite having an “order online” button on the Aurora, CO store location, you are forced to download the app and register an account in order to even be told that your location doesn’t offer online ordering. At the Aurora location, I’ve sat on hold for 15 minutes and gotten to the restaurant and discovered there was nobody in line and no reason they couldn’t have taken an order fifteen literal minutes ago. It’s ridiculous that they do this and then have the gall to be dishonest about online ordering. I shouldn’t have to periodically download this app to check again if online ordering is yet available. Fix your website and stop promoting “ordering online” for location detail pages that are not yet supported.
