All payments will be paid through your iTunes Account and may be managed under Account Settings after the initial payment. Subscription payments will automatically renew unless deactivated at least 24-hours before the end of the current cycle. Honestly, Shaep is the best workout app ever! This is the only workout I’ve done consistently since having babies. I can do a quick workout while the babies are sleeping in the comfort of my own home. I don’t have to worry about travel time going back and forth to the gym. Kelsey’s monthly challenges are a perfect way to motivate you to move everyday. I used to only take one Barry’s class a week, but now more than ever after sticking with Kelsey’s program, moving a little every day goes a long way. After only 9 months, I feel so much healthier and stronger both physically and mentally. Lastly, her workouts are not intimidating either, she has a good variety of everything and anyone/all levels can do it! She always offers a free trial too, which is how I started and now hooked!

I absolutely love this app and Kelsey’s training methods. I joined the shaep app in Feb 2022 and have never looked back. Before I joined Kelsey’s app, I only really did straight cardio on a daily basis. I was an avid runner but I never actually enjoyed running. I was very bored with the same workout everyday plus it was putting too much stress on my body. I love the variety of workouts on this app and how approachable Kelsey is as a trainer. I also love the weekly schedule so you know exactly what you need to do workout wise each day. I can say after almost a year on this platform that I am in the best shape I’ve ever been in. I feel the strongest I’ve ever felt and I genuinely enjoy working out on a daily basis. Join this platform! You won’t regret it.

Kelsey is an amazing teacher and workout coach! Her platform touches on everything: sculpting, toning, flexibility, strengthening and endurance. There is a mobility day, a full body day, upper body day, lower body day, cardio/core/HITT, plus a 30-min walk/run day. You never have to think about what to do-it’s all laid out for you! She does a live workout every week and is great about being accessible and answering questions. Best workout app ever, and not just for the 20, 30, 40 set….I’m almost 58 and in the best shape of my life.
