I just had a baby and didn’t receive any rewards for my checkup and postpartum checkup even though my insurance knows about it. Not sure what’s going on with that. I also hate that we only have the option to call for help on the rewards. Not everyone has a phone or likes talking on a phone. I’d rather an option for a chat line or at least an email to reach out to. That would definitely make it easier. Just my thoughts.

This is an awesome app to get gift cards for doing activities. I’ve noticed when reading reviews most of these people have no clue how to use this app. This app is only for activities that you can do and get paid. You have to enter in a date and photo proof on each activity by uploading once you do this it you will see how much you have earned on the main page. There are a few activities that will be automatically paid once a claim has processed even still the amount will be added. In order to use the amount you have earned you have to click redeem and choose a gift card you would like and the amount. You then enter your email address and Humana sends you a e-gift card to be redeemed by email online. Each year I have purchased a lot of Christmas. Last year I earned $350 and had it all put on Walmart e-gift cards and used them to buy Christmas for everyone online. I also chose ihop and Starbucks for free breakfast with my husband and coffee at Starbucks. People need to learn if you have no idea how to use it call Humana Go 365 and they will help you. This app is not for viewing information and claims. Also if you add a child to the app you have to login first then choose change account to see your child’s activities to be completed.
I’ve been hoping for an update

I’ve had the app since the beginning of January 2023. I’ve ran into so many issues. My account won’t load. I keep being instructed to reload but it still doesn’t load. I have minors connected to my account as well. For half of them I am having the same issue. The other half I’ve completed the initial assessment for, which is supposed come with a 30$ award amount for completing but the app isn’t showing that it has been completed nor is it giving me the option to claim awards. I’ve read that some rewards need time to show up but it’s been 3 weeks. I’m not sure what the primary function of this app is but it gives me actual headaches trying to use it. I am really hoping for an update!!! I feel like this app could be an asset for family if it would only function for more than just logging in.

I had $100 of rewards that I earned that just vanished from my account. The FAQ states that rewards expire at the end of the year on 12/31 and that the app will show a message that they are about to expire. Neither of these things were true. Customer service said it expired in April, with no explanation of why or how I was supposed to know that. There is no record of past rewards or dates that I can reference. I think they make it confusing on purpose so they don’t have to pay out all the rewards. They basically just stole $100 from me and said there’s nothing they can do. So if you use this app, make sure to redeem your gift cards ASAP before they suspiciously start deleting your rewards.
This version contains some improvements and bug fixes.
