Send family check-in requests to know they are safe and see their exact location in the app. Direct emergency services to family, send an SMS/Text and even call them if they need help. During a car accident, Crash Detection and Response will automatically alert live professional security experts to send help directly to your location.

The latest problem:Instructions to invite friend to family safety do not specify that new person has to create their own account. Once signed into an account, cannot exit it to sign into a separate account. Even when uninstalling and reinstalling the app and deleting the PW. This makes it impossible to add a friend. Overall, many instructions are not clear and support is blocked by a bot with a mind of its own. The hardware for this system is great.But documentation and support is extremely lacking and frustrating.

Have the whole family on it now and can have my teens "check in" when requested. Plus the crash detection. For any parrent of teens, it'll help you know all is well and your loved ones are safe.

Returning Arlo Safe Family Bundle

Was excited to use this and keep my family safe but as soon as I signed up the problems with the app began. It doesn’t do anything. Talked with support they had me uninstall the app and redownload it. Well it cached my info in the phone so now I have to either A) Reformat my iPhone or B) finish set up in another phone or device….. what!?!?!? No thanks. Other options out there I can use. Returned, refunded, and will not recommend to friends and family!
