This app will not allow me to access smile account. My login and password information is correct and I can access my account through my browser of my computer or iPad. That’s flaws in this app and I hope that you would find out what it is. In the meantime, I will not attempt to access my account through this app again. 15th.

Poor service

Adt account
This is an out of country app. Cannot log in to the USA app anymore after the “famous upgrade”. I uninstalled and reinstalled and even worse ow does not even recognize my email. So I cannot order products or check my service. This is poor service for as much as I pay for this. ADT you need to fix your problems please

Useless unless you’re in the UK

To change a battery on a remote sensor, you need to put the system into test mode. To put the system into test mode you have to use this app or the myadt website. The control panel or the ADT “control app” can’t do it. To register for the app you need to put in your country and the only options are UK or Ireland

I tried this so I don’t have to login on my laptop, and it said my password was wrong. I tried resetting the password and never got the reset email even after 5 tries. I know my password by heart so it should have worked in. The first place. Terrible app. Now I see why it only gets one star.
