I just downloaded the app this month & when I tried to place an order for the 2 for $5 sausage, egg, biscuit or biscuit & gravy it wouldn’t let me do the 2 for $5. So I went inside & placed my order. Then I tried again a week later at a different location & it wouldn’t let me even place an order…at all. So I ordered through the drive-thru. This time I asked the lady at the window if they have an app to order from. She said yes. But I still cannot get it to work. And the 2nd location charged me regular price instead of the 2 for $5. Idk understand what’s happening? I use restaurant/fast food apps ALL the time. This is the only app that has not worked every time. Please help me figure out what to do. I love Hardee’s and would like to order through the app for the rewards. Thank you for taking the time to read this.

Why in the world does a food app feel the need to log you out? Oh it’s in the name of security, if someone stole my phone just to use my Hardee’s Points then more power to them I have a bigger issues. I could slightly live with this concept if they didn’t make logging in such a tooth pull. Login, “wrong”, try again, “wrong”, reset password, “ok :)”, try new password, “wrong >:(“Ok top of this my local hardees doesn’t even have where I can use these points for breakfast. Let’s be honest who is going here unless it’s breakfast. Some genius sat down and said you know what they can only use the points for mobile orders but first they have to add the item to their bag but then we will hide the item so they can’t even do it. Why doesn’t this app have the ability where I can redeem rewards inside at the counter or drive thru. Which brings me to my next point. Hardee’s in my area had the customer survey on the back of the receipt for once it was filled out you got “Buy a biscuit get one of equal or lesser value free”. Well a couple months ago this changed to $2 instead of free which I could live with but then randomly they took this away completely. No mention on the website that you would go to that this was discontinued so that opened a bunch of similar websites to scam people for their information. Only found out after writing customer service to which they replied 5 days later that “we have discontinued this feature” that’s cool but tell someone or make a notice.

I’m seriously frustrated, can’t order through App

I was so excited when a Hardee’s was built close to my home. The Hardee’s location is 4440 Hwy 46 Mims, FL. Not long after they opened we received paper coupons in the mail that suggested signing up for the App. After I installed it, I couldn’t find that location on the location map at all. After about a year, that location finally showed up in the App, but there was a note that you couldn’t preorder through the App. The biggest issue is that is apparently preordering seems to be the only way to get any of the discounts offered. I couldn’t find any way to print up a coupon nor anything that said I could just show the discount available through the App once I get to the location. The App keeps trying to get me to go to other locations over 30 miles from my home, rather than the 3.9 miles where the closest location is. That location is also a truck stop, don’t know if that has something to do with not being able to preorder. I get sometimes not all locations might not be able to handle preorders but Hardee’s should offer an alternative way to get discounts in that case instead of the App continuously advising me about all these great deals that I can’t have. At this point I’m annoyed! I think it’s been about 2 years since that location opened.(Updated) It is now June 19,2023, unfortunately nothing has improved. My closest location still doesn’t allow me to order through the app which is the ONLY WAY to get in on any of the promotions and Hardee’s and their app people still haven’t lifted a finger to make things better. Again, how about doing simple things like allowing people to print out coupons so that we can take advantage of some of the great deals I keep being notified about. Very, very annoying!

We’re adding participating restaurants in the My Rewards program and online ordering on a weekly basis. If your local restaurant is not participating yet, please check back soon! We anticipate My Rewards and online ordering will be available at all restaurants within the next few months. Restaurants are independently owned and operated as a part of our franchise system, so we will be sure to share your feedback with the franchise owner of that location. We also invite you to share your excitement for this program with the restaurant manager to further encourage their participation.

Let me first say i love the app however recently my reward points are not updating. I have continued to earn them but my stars is showing 0. This has been going on for about a week. Just wanted to inform in hopes the issue cam be worked out soon. Especially since I have earned 737 stars. *From my previous review:Hi I wanted to give you some feedback regarding the app and the rewards program. I really like the app and rewards program. I use it every time that I eat at Hardee’s. Honestly I eat at Hardee’s a lot more now since having the app and the rewards program. I do however have some not so good feedback regarding the in store pick up process. The employees seem to put the online orders last. On multiple occasions, I have had to wait in restaurant an extra 20-30 minutes waiting on my order because they put it last. The whole point of order ahead and online is to skip the line and it be ready when you are there and that has not been the case. If that issue could be worked out it would be great. But again the app is awesome.
