The easy to use myTuftsMed app allows you to message your doctors, make appointments, view test results, manage prescriptions, have a video visit and more, all from your phone or tablet. You can find a doctor, access community resources such as food banks, pay a bill, get health information and more any time of the day or night. Everything you need to manage you and your family’s healthcare organized in one easy to use app. myTuftsMed includes a framework that allows our app to share data with Apple's Health App and CareKit, which then sends data to the EHR. The patient must have an order from their physician and complete set up on their mobile device including acceptance of terms to upload the external app data to myTuftsMed.

The only way I can use the features of this app is when I receive an after visit summary from my doctor. When I try to sign in, the app will not accept the previously set up Touch ID. Then when I enter all of my details, I’d and password, a message appears stating that the app cannot accept my information at this time. This has been going on for months. I haven’t bothered to try the app for a while but hoped it might work today. Nope. It’s still the same. Essentially useless. So I just have to hold on to those emails from doctors visits!

I’m experiencing the same thing right no, My doctor drops me, bc of my insurance company, they don’t want to pay those doctors when they work for the patient. So technically is the patient who is paying the conquest for that while the insurance company pocket themselves, we are the patient is suffering right. I have broken ankle, I haven’t see doctors nor nurses nor physical therapy nor occupational therapy: I’m just here, helpless, I leave alone, I don’t have any body to call nor to ask questions, the only thing I could deal is with my health insurance, right now they all brush me off, they all keep on tossing me around like ball; my work I have not hear from them: I can’t walk nor go anywhere; due to my fractured broken legs:I call my health insurance I try to explain to them they don’t want to hear me out.They keep on given different scenarios, they keep on telling different stories; instead they change plans, they tell me look for other doctors I did that, those doctors I find in the network; they not see patients right away, they send me back alway in march to April, 2025! My case is urgent, remember I have broken ankle, I can’t walking; I cant move, like I say those doctors and the insurance companies only see the $sign; they do not value people life. They doesn’t care. The only thing they care about is money, Benjamin, when you have dead that is when they pretend they try to help you: and what is good is that! You dead already, when they supposedly to help you they didn’t. Something with those doctors too. They all evil.That should be a law about they insurance companies; they government should do something about it:: it’s a shame you pay for something and when you need help they refuse to help you out; it should be law, they should hold the insurance companies responsible for let patients dead period, but, their is a God who is watching all those evil do.

My current primary care doctor is not listed as my doctor in the app and there’s no way for me to update this information to the doctor that I’ve been seeing for the last year or so. This means that I can’t message my doctor with an important question. I am also unable to request a prescription refill. My doctor’s office seemed equally frustrated with how poorly this app is functioning compared to their previous portal.

I’m trying to register as a new patient, and it’s saying that they can’t verify my details. I have been with this hospital system for probably 15+ years. I called the patient experience phone number, spoke to a woman who said she was going to send me an email and that I should click the link and go from there. I have not yet received the email. Can access anything, can’t request a refill, can’t request an Appt , and I can’t get through to my Drs office because they’re working with a new system and you’re on hold for almost an hour. Highly upset.
