This app is a joke. Seriously, it's not like Nationwide is some little Mom and Pop business... You should have ditched this app before ever releasing... Wait, no... "releasing" is to kind of a description... Correction, instead of FORCING your customers to switch over to it. Seriously, was it even tested? From day one it was pretty clear that it was a junk app and severely broken, it only got worse from there.You should have already pulled it from the app store. Then publicly apologize to all your users. Like, press statement "we screwed up majorly" kind of apology and go on to explain how you're going to make it right. Start off by firing whatever "developer" created this garbage fire for you. Next hire an actual competent app developer, apologize to your users some more, pay the new developer whatever they need to develop an app that actually loads and get it released as fast as you reasonably can while ensuring that it, ya know, actually works! Then apologize to your users some more. What an absolute mess.Unless of course the app is meant to just sit at a white loading screen indefinitely after supposedly logging in. If that's the case, then bravo, it's working as intended. Though it makes me worry about having entered my credentials into it... If this "developer" cannot get the app fixed in this amount of time, who knows what else is messed up with it, how secure it actually is, etc. Think I might go change my password... via the web... because the app doesn't work. Fix it!!!

The app is frustrating to navigate and consistently has bugs and errors. I thought the new updated app would be easier to review activity and process changes but my lord they make it so hard to just find basic information. Half of the time the links don’t work, the links are colored white on a white background, the app is too wide so you scroll sideways. I’m starting to think that they don’t have a quality assurance process because there’s no way these amount of bugs should make it to production. Even if and that’s a big if, they were to fix all these bugs, the app is horrible on performance. I really hope the developers take notice and do something to fix it but it’s been broken like this for months so not holding my breath.

App doesn’t work, and when it did I found it doesn’t even have MultiFactor login option considering it’s a financial “application”. Wish I could give it minus 5 star review 🤷🏻‍♂️. Bad, bad, bad. -5 ⭐️ 🤢 - Update: Feb 17, removed app and reinstalled. Then I found the main problem, or at least in my case the app wouldn’t work. For some reason if you “group/move” the app from the Home Screen it won’t work. I moved it back to the Home Screen and it began to work, moved it again and it stopped working. So for now I’ll leave it on the Home Screen, just hope Multi Factor is added soon. Hope this helpsUpdate Mar 29: Again… not working. App doesn’t need an update, it needs a remake…

Even with all the terrible reviews over the past few months, you still haven't fixed the issue for iOS users where we login and the app literally spins until we close it after minutes of waiting. I will not be calling your support number to log my complaint because all you need to do is try to use this piece of trash app on your own iOS device and see for yourself. Just fix it already!!! Or remove it entirely from the app store because in its current state is it actually worthless.
