Why does it have to be its own WiFi network? That part is so weird and makes it see like the device may not be working. Also, when I go to make a recording, having to press another button to record is such a pain. We did a great ear exam only to realize it wasn’t recording. They’re not super comfortable, and our child was not excited to do it again - wouldn’t sit as still the next time. Just make it record right away! The actual otoscope works well but the app makes it so difficult

Doesn’t connect. Doesn’t stay connected. Useless. Frustrating. I’ve been a Blueberry subscriber for 5 years and I’ve noticed a palpable decline in the quality of both the tech and the doctors within the last year. The otoscope failing to work when my baby is sick and has an ear issue that I was relying on Blueberry to diagnose was the last straw for me with this business. If you can’t expand without tanking the quality of the product you provide, perhaps you have no business expanding. I hope your investors read this review.

First time using the app and I can record the video but you can’t upload them to the other blueberry app it just shows a blank video

Records amazing video of the inside of the ears and even the throat if needed. Saves video to your device for you to upload in the Blueberry app’ directions for setup were easy peezy!!! I absolutely love Blueberry, Sad to have to use the tool for a sick kiddo but glad to catch the fact that he had a double ear infection & fluid built up, clear as day and get him on the fast track to recovery!
